Very true about the "diana" special. While many super fans point to the 1979 Caesar's Palace show as the apex of her performing career, the diana special is extremely significant for introducing her signature I'm Coming Out opening, which she has used for most of her shows ever since. Of the 20+ concerts I've seen, she has opened with ICO every time except for one time that she used Take Me Higher; one time that she used The Boss and one time that she, rather disappointingly for us US fans, used Chain Reaction. Great analysis of the tulle. I hadn't noticed that it wasn't introduced until 1981. So there has been white ostrich feathers, white swan down and white tulle. Got it! Maybe a video of Diana's use of feathers?
