Don't you realise this USA team is going to competition? They haven't been together but a couple days. They still did All Star stuff and are learning real plays. This exhibition is something they'll learn from. Unlike the men, who always get more prep time than the women and still not win gold. Chill out, it's not that serious the women are fine. They'll only play a few more games then competition so yes, run whatever defense because she can teach how she wants it played. You're petty for not understanding that fact. It does not match many other Olympic team and country models, but they are not strangers on the court together for the first time. The USA feeder program is more strategic than that.

I wish people understood Team USA is fine, they were running real plays. Team WNBA was improvising. Team USA will be more seasoned and cohesive by the time the games arrive and still will win gold at 60% because the best basketball is here. I wouldn't be surprised if the National Championship team in any Olympic year could win gold. The USA has a talent pool so deep bench players of the W could win gold. This game isn't that serious because they lost the last All Star game and returned from Tokyo golden. They lost to Oregon led by Sabrina too and a couple college teams that year. Calm down.
