Chartreuse is not a color for me, but I like the more subdued shades you've chosen. I could see myself in something similar. I also find it hard to see myself in red. I prefer maroon or a reddish brown. That said, I find all of your versions of these colors very elegant and classy.

I feel the same about red. It's so hard to find the right undertone for red---yellowy, purplish, blue, etc. I'm still looking ;-)

I neither look very good in red. It is too bright and bold for me, no matter the shade. But I have found that I like a reddish brown or the more reddish versions of maroon both in clothes and lipstick. They are like subdued red and more wearable for my style. It is the same with pink: I like it better in the most earthy shades.

You can find flattering colors/color combos for every skin tone, try different hues to find the ones that suit you the best. Thrift stores often have clothes arranged by colors, with many shades of every color, you could just pick one item of each shade of a color you're interested in and hold it up next to your face in front of a mirror there and see which one looks best on you
