For many years all those guys in Lonesome Dove were my kind of friends...When in Denver,I visited Ogallala amd Miles City to check how those cities were like...Visited the Del Rio location where the little town was constructed and found the bridge and sone other buildings in ruin...that was in winter and a very strange feelings to see all that lonelyness.Gus,Woodrow,Deets,Pea Eye,Newt,Jake Spoon,Dish,Bolivar,Po Campo,Lorena Wood,Blue Duck,July Johnson,Elmira,Roscoe Brown,Janey,and Clara Allen...that was really remarkable all those so real people on the film.
