Diane, these anemones are gorgeous! Just like ALL of your videos, this tutorial is so relaxing and inspiring. Tamsin, the music selection and videography is excellent as always. Hi Sharon, thanks for your question. I think the brushes can get quite worn if they are used to "scrub" at paint that has dried in the pan. It's only too easy to lose the fine point on a brush this way. I don't always remember to do it myself, but it's definitely best to wet your pans first so they go soft, or to squeeze fresh paint out of the tube (or spray what you've left from the last time...) and also to use an older brush to activate the paint and even pick it up to put into the palette to make a prepared wash. So, in short, yes, it does!
