When Penjie took some papaya from Ahao's bag, it remind me that my sis used to do that to our brother (big bro for me, lil bro for her) when we were told to do some errand. And she stoped doing that when my brother said "Sis, I'm bigger than you." As the youngest I'm not really understand, but I guess my sis just used to see me and my brother as little kid because our age gap is kinda far too (12 years for me, 10 years for him)

Here in Brazil, in the region I live, we make a kind of sweet with green raw papaya. We use a mandoline cutter to get very thin strips of the papaya, then we cook it with water, sugar and a few cloves until it's soft and no longer bitter. When it's soft, we melt brown sugar and add it to the sweet. It's very good and tasty, I love it! Loved the recipes you made! I think I'll try the salad, it looks very good! Sending a kiss to Dawang, he reminds me of my own dog, who also loves to eat rice and meat!

Papaya helps digestion and as a bonus when it is added to meat it makes it tender and easier to digest. And it is so pretty with those black seeds when you cut it open. Always enjoy little things about life like that.
