Diaphragm Breathing & Strengthening the Diaphragm Muscle

I started to work on breathing by being influenced by the Learning Richness and the The 8 Human Talents book I read in 1997. Since then I have been experimenting with myself and talking to you based on my experience of advising others and seeing their positive results, not just because I read something somewhere.
An unhealthy breath does not supply nutrients to our body and mind. For example, chest breathing and shallow breathing cause our lung capacity to drop. The movement of our diaphragm is compromised, oxygen intake and carbon dioxide output decrease, and our blood cannot be fed as clean and well as it should be. This causes our immune system to weaken and vitality and endurance to decrease. The functions of our legs and organs are also weakened. When this cycle is activated, even a healthy diet and strong tonics have little effect on our body. The body is malnourished. A malnourished body does not have enough strength to properly support the functions of the mind. In this case, the mind is more vulnerable to external sources of distraction and disturbance
