Thankyou so much for helping me understand how the diaphragm muscle works together with the lungs. I did not know this. I intend to practice this technique to help my diaphragm relax. 🙏

Thanks Yasuko! My goodness my sides are tight. That was bit painful but only because they're so tight. So I'll need to work on that, go easy until it loosens up. Could you please do a belly massage for bloating and belly fat? I've been diagnosed with simple endometrial hyperplasia no atypia and I need to drop some weight. I'm on pain meds, which cause constipation and carry my weight on my stomach. I've always been apple shape. I eat well, exercise as best I can due to my back issues and practice yoga daily but I struggle to shift the belly fat, always have. Any bit of advice would be much appreciated xx

My diaphragm is so tight. I was thinking maybe I should get regular diaphragm massages. I barely get under the rib; some areas not at all.

Thank you for the tips! The only thing is that inhalation should always be through the nose because the nasal lining contains nitric oxide which makes O2 absorption the best. Mouth breathing is far inferior and may even be detrimental. Check out Patrick McKeown oand his book Oxygen Advantage. Blessings!
