Diario di viaggio Ridesmiles: settimana 23

🚴‍♀️ 23ª settimana del giro del mondo 🌍
Questa settimana, ho pedalato attraverso Choruǧ fino a Murghab, nel cuore delle montagne del Pamir 🏔️. È stata un'esperienza incredibile, ho osservato come il mio corpo reagisse a tali altitudini - la mia prima volta sopra i 4000 metri! ⛰️
Mi ha insegnato molto sull'acclimatamento, qualcosa di cui avrò sicuramente bisogno quando arriverò in Perù 🇵🇪, con le sue altezze altrettanto imponenti.
Che dire? Questo viaggio è stato assolutamente mozzafiato 🤯. Le maestose montagne mi hanno fatto sentire così piccola in confronto. A volte sembravano così surreali, dovevo toccarle per credere che fossero reali! 😲
Mi sento incredibilmente fortunata ad aver intrapreso questo viaggio in bicicletta 🚴‍♀️. I paesaggi mozzafiato mi hanno lasciato senza parole.
Ora mi dirigerò verso il confine con il Kirghizistan 🇰🇬 e non vedo l'ora di scoprire cosa riserva questo nuovo paese.

🚴‍♀️ 23rd Week of the World Tour 🌍
This week, I cycled through Choruǧ to Murghab, right into the heart of the Pamir mountains 🏔️. It was an incredible experience, as I observed how my body responded to such high altitudes - my first time climbing above 4000 meters! ⛰️
It taught me a lot about acclimatization, something I'll definitely need when I reach Peru 🇵🇪, with its equally towering heights.
What can I say? This journey has been absolutely mind-blowing 🤯. The majestic mountains made me feel so small in comparison. At times, they seemed so surreal, I had to touch them to believe they were real! 😲
I feel incredibly fortunate to have embarked on this bicycle journey 🚴‍♀️. The breathtaking landscapes have left me in awe.
Next, I’ll be heading towards the border with Kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬, and I’m eager to see what this new country holds.
