11:40 so if this is pretty well established, (temporary) joint pain after an infection, then these autoimmune diseases like RA are simply chronic infections (like candida), not some aberrant immune system as apparently this is normal. I think it's a slight exaggeration that damage to epithelial cells takes years to recover. The gut epithelial cells renew every 5 days. Imo brutal, but recovery was always quick.
