I really needed to hear this today. I relate so much. I listened maybe 15 times in a row sang and cried. I feel so much better now. Some days do get hard. Especially around this time of year for me. Having disabilities and mental health issues it's really hard this time of the year. Mostly because today would have been my dad and my best friends birthday, and then christmas and not having the privilege a lot of people have. I only have love and kindness to give.
