I'm dice controller and I knew KD was gonna get wrecked. He'd been waiting weeks, maybe months for this and one of the worst things you can do is hit the table when you're excited/anxious. During the first few years of dice setting I noticed I was always doing horrible on my first few rounds. I would always hit the table right when I got to the casino. Fast forward a few years and I will no longer hit the table immediately. Being relaxed before you throw is important

Last roll was a 7. I think the stick man was trying to roll one of the dice so he wouldn't give them to the shooter with a 7 showing. The stick man inadvertently hit the die too hard and shot it against the mirror, causing KD to react negatively.

I was at a big casino last night where I watched 3 shooters at a craps table and one setting dice when I walked up. I don't know how long he'd been shooting before I appeared but I watched him roll 12 times before he sevened-out, making thousands of dollars for everyone. The guy at the other end of the table was betting $100 chips and let hit numbers ride, and when they hit again he'd take down both winnings and let the original bet stand. He had three long rows of $5, $25 and $100 chips on his rail. The dice setter hit lots of doubles.

Great video. There is a way to Set the dice faster and fluidly faster: Practice setting the dice. You have a 3 on one dice, you see a 4 on the other dice? The 3 is on the back side. If you can get your set instantly set in 1 second - you have more time to throw.

Heh, Color up, I actually read your comment in Part 1 that most of these Dice Influencers would not go on camera!!! Well, you are right! The smart ones won’t......for fear of falling flat on their face, & that includes myself with almost 12 yrs of practice, Casino sessions, & experience. It’s NOT that “ some” cannot influence the dice. It’s simply that influence is so close to random that it’s really hard to discern between variance, & skill. Just as the Card Counter with a 2% advantage, can have many losing sessions, so it is ...with the Skilled Shooter. Only difference is that the Smart Skilled Shooters don’t go on camera trying to promote Dice Influencing & teaching others UNLESS there’s a hidden agenda ( usually $$), although I DO realize that King just enjoys the camaraderie & teaching! The guys that are really successful at Dice Influencing go about their business blending in with the crowd, losing some, winning some, but because of MAYBE a 2% advantage.... remaining on the positive side of the ledger. No making mortgage payments from Casino winnings. No Car payments, or Vacationing off of Casino winnings. Simply a little something extra $$$$ from time to time. You see..... Dice Influencing is NOT what a lot of these guys teach. It’s not a magic bullet, or Holy Grail. It’s simply a craft wherein you toss as perfectly as possible, tossing in tandem with accuracy IN THE HOPE that you’ll receive favorable outcomes when the dice finally come to rest!!! You see.... what occurs in “ Real time” ( the dice SEEMINGLY hitting & dropping dead) to the Naked eye is NOT what REALLY happens during a dice toss, & this is why Stanford Wong ( one of the most respected Casino gamblers) backed off of Dice Influencing & removed it from his Black Jack forum as beatable Casino games. Yeah, we all know that Wong also stopped practicing Dice Influencing & got a bit rusty, & all that, but the most compelling evidence for Wong was when he viewed slow motion videos of EXPERT Dice tosses by some of the very best in the business!!! How many of these guys that brag about an advantage of 3,4,5 % & beyond do you think have actually filmed slow motion video of their dice tosses & the chaotic behavior that a dice toss endures after JUST INITIAL TABLE CONTACT ........ EVEN BEFORE HITTING THE BACK WALL? Lol Don’t Answer!!! Lol What really irks me is when people purport the craft to be more than what it really is. A skilled shooter will never posses an advantage of more than 2%, & that’s being VERY GENEROUS!!!! You can take THAT statement to the bank & deposit it!!! Just my opinion!!!

Even “The Dominator” admitted he only has a small edge over the house. But what if you combined dice influence with a stearn system? Is it a bigger edge?
@cashierscage4 жыл бұрын
No.... simply because no betting system can render an edge over the house. Every bet except the odds bet is a negative expectation bet. The only way to consistently beat the game ( long term) is to influence the dice, or to be born as one lucky S.O.B.

I do not expect "dice control" will dramatically allow anyone to control the outcome. I do however think that consistency will slightly improve the outcome over time. I doubt its dramatic but I expect that over 1000 rolls, a dice control thrower will see slightly fewer 7's than a random thrower. There are far too many variables overall but consistency and placing the die where it takes a full 180 degree difference in rotation to produce a 7 seems like it logically would be a good strategy.

I've watched DK, Color up and Bonethrower They all share good information. I for one believe in the D.I. but like anything it takes practice. I can't practice so if I play it has to be for the real deal. Here is what I have learned and figured out for myself. I do NOT consider myself an influencer. I may try it but again. I don't have a table to practice on. With that said lets get into what kind of things affects a roller. The table is a big factor. The size of the table is what I mean. Then you got the different kind of felt and if its a bouncy table or a hard table. This all factors in. Into your roll. Its kinda like bowling, you have to see how the lanes are and make adjustments on the fly. Sad thing is that your doing this with money and the smallest of errors either betting or throwing can upset what your goals are for that session. Next thing that goes into how the dice roll is the ACTUAL dice themselves. Now they are all supposed to be equal and waited the same. But I'm telling you, not all dice are created equal and this is a FACT. I used to throw a lot of horseshoes when I grew up and I know about weight and the slightest difference and what it does or can do to your rotation. Its the same thing with dice. The way the spin or don't spin and the way the land. The weight is an important factor but no one really considers this since ALL Dice are supposed to weigh the same. The glossy and non glossy dice also play a role too. One is smoother than the other. Depending on tables one tends to stick better than the other where it just keeps on going. That's partly due to over rotation and the surface of the table and dice. If you are off any any areas of influence and don't have control of the table you will become more of a random shooter than a True influencer. Influencing a dice just for a small period and then losing the touch as the say and becoming more random. Lets just say you do this over the long haul. You will show more winnings than if you were just a straight up random roller. Lastly is the type of betting you employ. Obviously the more control you have over the dice the less creative you have to be about how you bet. You'll see more gains regardless. If you employ a proper bankroll strategy along proper betting techniques, coupled that with Dice influencing. You can really show steady gains in ever session you play and definitely can make you a winner over the long haul. That is what I feel can happen. But mind you if your not perfect at D.I. it doesn't matter as long as you play with in your means and not over extend yourself you should be able to have a fun time and show some winning sessions. I am by no means a professional gambler or even a D.I 'er. I have tried it out at times but I only play casually and when I say that. I mean once in a blue moon. I have had success at times. But in my opinion in being a successful D.I.er takes practice , practice, practice. Then when you have the basics down, grip, throw, release ect… You WILL have to make adjustments based on the tables and that is what is going to make you or break you at the tables in regards to Dice Influencing.

It’s hard to believe that you walk away when you are having a bad day at the Casinos King. In all of your videos, you display the exact opposite demeanor. How many times have you tossed a “ brick” ( poor performance), & instead of ending the video, you continue to pour salt into the wound by continuing to toss? How many times have we heard the words: “ let’s get this right”, “ that was a bad toss guys”, “ my shoulder is killing me”, “ I spun that sucker too much”, & “ did you see where those dice hit guys”? ( After one or both of your dice shoot off like rockets)!! My point is that you cannot continue to make excuses & “ chase” when you are having a bad day while on KZbin. We all have bad days, & that’s the reality of Dice Influencing. It’s a tough craft to master, & even when a aspiring shooter develops sound mechanics, he/she is STILL subject to the randomness of the game. It is NOT develop a deft toss & then it’s off to the races. It just doesn’t work that way!!! Dice Influencing & Playing craps is a game, & not a Sport!!! In regards to “ Influence”...... well, Color up has made it painstakingly clear that he has no interest in pursuing Dice Influencing. With THAT being said.... if Color up tosses the dice enough times, eventually he will have a 20 plus roll hand too!! So... just because you tossed a 20 plus roll hand, it is by no means redemption for the prior, poorly tossed hands in that first video. Consistency is the key, but unfortunately Consistency escapes us all when trying to influence the dice. It is what it is!!! Good luck along your journey!!!

Wonderfully said. They warn you to hit the back of the wall when throwing the dice, so you do. The back of the wall is covered in triangles, causing the dice to go in RANDOM, uncontrolled directions, which they do. End of story. Why would you think the dice would react differently?

Well, if your comment was directed towards me..... I never said that Dice Influencing couldn’t be done. I try to influence the dice EVERY TIME that I toss. What I DID say is that Dice Influencing is highly overrated, & that when performed successfully, it only gives you a razor thin edge long term. Anything beyond betting passsline, come bets, Don’t Pass, Don’t Come, & the 6/8 will not give a skilled shooter a long term advantage. That’s a fact, & is a major reason why skilled shooters get their nuts clipped at the Casinos. When we bet Across, inside, outside, even numbers, Iron Cross, etc, it’s simply because we crave action, & overestimate skill level. Personally, I enjoy betting that way IN PRACTICE, but betting that way at the Casinos is a sure-fire date with death!!! A 2% skill level just cannot overcome those bets. It’s simple math. Yes, the “ five, & out, three & out, etc are fun, & entertaining bets in practice & on KZbin but wagering that way is playing craps on steroids!!!!
@AndrewHacking4 жыл бұрын
The math says we can expect hands up to 21 rolls long with 95% confidence with pure random variance alone, without needing mystical DI powers. You need many more rolls to get to 99% confidence, and beyond 99% still leaves room for monster rolls at the hands of dice chuckers, whether you use a dice set and control the axis or not.

One thing is certain..... Dice Influencing audiences will always remain critical!!! If you are going on Camera in front of thousands, as an instructor ..... you’d better be on your “ A” game. Anything less & you will be heavily criticized!!!!! Now, a while back King offered to fly me down to Denver to ( in his own words) “ Show me what you got”!! Now, why would i want to do THAT? Admittedly so, I have nothing more or less than the next guy that tries to influence the dice. Get on camera & try to prove/teach that I am a good shooter? For WHAT purpose? Pride? I’d just as soon have more pride lifting a few coins from the Casinos!! Why do THAT when I might fall flat on my face? ( regarding beating probability)!!! The big difference is that I don’t teach, or purport Dice Influencing to be more than what it is. I won’t get on camera & tell the masses that if you practice diligently, that you will be able to influence the dice. What diligent, & arduous practice WILL reward you with is a sound, mechanical toss that is accurate wherein the dice travel in tandem, & hit the same area on the table with minimal rollout after initial table contact & contact with the pyramids. Now, the million dollar question is “ Does THAT constitute influence if you do all of those things correctly?” The answer is “ It SHOULD,( theoretically) but it might not”!!! Now, I realize THAT is a hard pill to swallow after practicing so hard, & putting in so much work, & time, but..... THAT’S the realty of Dice Influencing!! All those years of hard work & preparation to develop a toss that looks perfect but renders absolutely no influence), or if you truly become highly skilled.... A 2% advantage!! You see... there’s three groups of Dice Influencers. (1) Those that believe that if you practice hard enough & develop the skill that you will possess the Holy grail. (2) Those that know that all of the hard work renders AT BEST a long term 2% advantage. (3) Those that SWEAR that they can influence the dice, practice religiously, but just don’t possess the required superior hand/eye coordination & fine motor skill to successfully execute CONSISTENTLY!! Which group am I in? Group number 2!!!!

"I'm not here to gamble, I'm here to win." LOVE the attitude. When a DI is off, and it happens, the DI has NO advantage and the bankroll will suffer. That is why I have betting strategies for random tossers that I have tested on my home table. On the days when I am doing my practice casino session and I'm tossing point - 7 then an 8 roll then point-7 I stop throwing with precision and just chuck them like Color Up does. The best part of craps is that it allows us players to play both ways, unlike blackjack when a shoe is bad we can't bet with the house.

I don't care what any one says, I've been rolling the dice for nearly 22 years, and a random shooter with no idea what they are doing will wreck your bankroll. Dice sets work, and so does knowing where your dice are landing, and what numbers you are repeating on that particular table. For some reason, I roll better on the acrylic tables, they don't bounce around as often.

It's interesting seeing the comments on this video with other setters seeming to give about a 50/50 split of conflicting advice on how to set the dice for the best results. I'm in the camp that thinks that in theory you can influence the dice, if you can manage to throw very consistently, from the exact same position. Sadly no human will have the precision needed to really make it matter as even a slight variation in where the dice hit the alligator will cause a lot of difference in where the dice fall. I'd actually like to see a robot of some sort that can throw the dice from the exact same position with the same force and angle and see how consistent even it's rolls would be. In theory such a thing would get the same roll every time, but I just doubt it would turn out that way.

Thanks color up nice mini series. Would you be able to do more videos like these from so called dice influencers or dice controllers... would be very interesting to see their perspective individually. Btw King , surely seemed a.nice guy but too many excuses ( maybe his bad day).....stay home stay safe We can save some dough 😉😊

I guess one has to be a believer to think "precision " dice setting makes a difference . But then again, I've read about the stats relative to the fact that it DOES make a statistical difference which doesn't require human faith.

King Dice is throwing the hardways.. it works until your axis/Yaw is off ..Increases odds to 25% that a 7 will show..compared to random odds and this is proving it ..HARDWAYS set has to be 100% perfect to work.. The KING here is creating his own problem on the launch.. from off/Above the deck..Not consistent compared to launch from the perfectly aligned flat hard table deck. You actually have to find your own custom SET to work against your self imposed axis/roll over flaws. Mine is the off set Boxcars with 2-3 on bottom.Snake eyes on the back.. it creates ALL TALL ALL SMALL PAYOUTS hitting all the numbers. I have done it many times. several times 2x on long 20 plus rolls. It takes a lot of throws to discover your natural custom Set.

Where do u get 8.5 rolls every 6th roll is a 7 mathematically
@ColorUp4 жыл бұрын
Because mathematically there will be so many 7s on the come out roll and the roll continues. The math works out to 8.4somethingxxxxxxxxxxxx
@louvoodoo4 жыл бұрын
Simply put, the average number of rolls between the intervals of the seven is six rolls. The average length of a craps hand is 8.52 rolls. This is because their are come out winners and losers that extend the space between the intervals. (Ie a shooter can not seven out before he established a point, so those extra come out rolls get added to the hand length.) If you really want to dig deep into the math see the link below: "What is the average number of rolls that a Craps hand will last?... This number is approximately 8.5255. So, on average, you can expect to hold the dice about eight and a half rolls when playing Craps." catlin.casinocitytimes.com/article/how-long-is-a-craps-roll-1240

He just proved there is no such thing as dice control. All he did was set the dice. The throw might be soft, but is flying randomly.
@thespanish21god86 Жыл бұрын
I call it dice-setting with controlled shooting - the way you toss the dice and with how much force! Of COURSE there is NO such thing as dice-control because if you COULD control the dice, then you WOULD be able to make ANY NUMBER you want APPEAR AFTER the dice have FINISHED rolling!!!
@chrisbrodbeck19613 жыл бұрын
That surprised me, but I know from practicing that distractions are real...wether its writing yourw score, typing you're scores, etc...at lets until that becomes yourw normal...but when you go to the table you wont be bringing youre tracker program....I'm going to suggest doing both....just for comfort zone...then you can mentally refer back to pure table....you can always film and add the numbers later!

I think that DK is one hell of a shooter. A great toss and consistent Landing zone. But, this is what happens when we get stuck on a dice set. We have to adapt. What works one day may not another and have to change things in a moment. And... we have to pay attention when to do it. Leave pride at the door.
@mjw1bowl3 жыл бұрын
Exactly what I was thinking. Kept throwing the hardway set expecting different results. After the first round I would have changed my dice set and would continue changing until I found one that worked more consistently for that particular table.

With craps, you hopefully watch your rack grow longer …. But I’ve noticed if you don’t color out…. You will watch the rack disappear. So now… once I see rack fill…. I color out. Maybe I do a partial color if they let me. Have it played in a long time. But last time I did… I was so lucky. I’d step away and smoke… and when i get back two people had already 7 out while i was gone 4 min. i just could not make a mistake. get up… get out. had a time where i had to get money…. while i was gone…. dude fire bet 7 points and only reason i wasn't on it was cause i stepped away. You gotta feel what kind of day it is.

Imnot a dice controller yet but I want to try but i noticed that dc is head is movement is very inconsistent. He's looking late at the back wall. I saw a little gloating early it seened when he dodnt even look at all and then bounced them off the back before hotting the felt. I would assume that it would be best I have a. Consistant wind up just like a pitch would in MLB. After setting your grip, either on the. Dice or laces your wind up and delivery should stay a consistant with timing and ecerything. Also he says he doesn't mind talking at the beginning the he says to be quiet then he says.he doesnt mind. Everything' says on his approch to the game sounded much like myself and i am not a dice controller yet. Hes drinking at the end too and he says at the beggining. And throughout that if he wins in 5 rolls he will usually walk cause hes just made 400 to 500 "his words" which makes sense if hes betting 200 across and all bit then at the ens he probably did juat that and said he was gonna stay. Lol Sounds kinda like a typical gambler like myslef that probably needs to slow down like myself because in reality if u knew u had good dice control and had confidence because u had consistant skill then I would NEVER leave the casinos. Id leave when they started giving me shit or making things look sketchy and then id probably switch casinos and not go back for a while. Here in vegas i would do just that. Why wouldent you right leive the Fuckin dream.
