I know this is over a year later, but in case ppl watch this video to get a sense of the game: While Summon still triggers when revealed by abilities such as longshot, once it is resolved, you get to apply resolve the effects of the ability before "revealing" the Unhallowed. In the case of Long Shot, the Warlord would have been sent to the graveyard!

I want this game. It seems like a decent one for even one player. And, despite the terror of the conga line of monsters, it feels like a low-stress way to introduce resource-management within tactical game play. Neat.

We also play the Giants Johnny's way (add giants health to the creature behind it), in that the giant makes the creature behind harder to kill because it's harder to shoot past such a large creature. But can well see it might be the other way around.

Maybe marks on the table to determine the captured picture of the camera would be a nice comfort funktion? Just some narrow tape or some stuff along that line.

I feel like I would have put the Wizard in camp on turn 2 - his dice (1,1,2) were terrible for combat and included doubles for good camp activities. He can use crappy dice for powerful spells, though, so I guess that's something.

Oh huh. I'm not usually swayed by a game quickly, but there's a lot in this game that checks personal boxes. A tad Warhammer Questy-y but with a global resource in firewood. I'll be notifying my FLGS to nab this if possible, I think there's space for this in my collection :D

It's funny seeing both of you react to seemingly bad roles. You have abilities than can be activated by any dice, so even a 1 is worth it in this game.

This looks like a really interesting game and the packaging being part of the game means it looks really nice and is also not just a waste of space like with some other games. I personally like the fact this is a 1 - 4 player game, it means It won't just sit on your shelf coz you have noone else to play with. How about a more in depth video about the rules and law ?

Treant had +2 for the fire when defeated. Also, I don't think Wheels is correct about the health buff, it does say it buffs the one behind, not itself.

When you use doubles at camp you can take two of the three actions, I believe. One per die. You just need the double to be able to pick them at all. Because you can also take that option if you roll trips. EDIT: You spotted that, ignore me ;)

I would love there to be a Patreon where we can pay to see these videos uncut with no backing music :D Maybe the music is just too loud for me but it makes it hard to concentrate on what they're saying and immerse myself in the video. I love the Let's Play Lives because they've got no music. I can totally see why they'd shorten the video and have music to make it more peppy for a general audience, it's just my preference I guess.
