I don't have a Hemi Dart, but i DO have a 1968 Barracuda fastback powered by a Trick Flow head equipped 400 based 512 stroker backed by an A833 4 speed manual. 👍

@@tomtom-pb2cs wrong, the car was ultimately identified because of the remants of the Landy paint in the trunk.

@@TL-angzarr you are not completely correct The first clue was the paint remnants I've been told. Then the VIN was confirmed with someone maybe on Landy's team or maybe even Mopar Racing. When dad got it had been dipped with no paint other than remnants the acid did missed. Maybe only panels were dipped. I have no idea. I just know I spent many hours in it. When were sold it , there was even a Mopar "credit card" It was new red laquer when we sold it and I don't think it was even buffed out yet..I was gone and dad lost interest

@@tomtom-pb2cs Negative I'm friends with Daryl who is the one who figured it out. When he got the car it was in rough shape. When he started to restore it he saw the red in the trunk. Trying to figure out which LO23 he had comparing pictures the only ones that had that combo were Landy's. He had a hell of a time getting dick to verify it. When he would call and say hey I think I have one of your cars Dick would say yeah you and everyone else and hang up on him. Eventually he put together a package of photos and mailed them to Dick. It was then that Dick sent him documents from his lawyer and made a appointment to where they could meet up and do the documentation in person. Dick showed him particular mods and changes that he did. Now remember he had 2 LO23 darts, are you confusing them?

@@TL-angzarr My dad's car was written up in one of the car mags I forgot which which traced the lineage back from it's then current owner. . The red in the truck matches. When he sold it, the car had a 4 link Lindblad chassis installed . When it left CT it was pretty mint body wise but apart IIRC with the correct parts etc sold with it. I don't think the engine was installed

Did you mean a hemi dart. The combustion chambers of the cylinder heads have a hemispherical shape. Hence the nickname hemi. There is no such thing as a "hemispherical dart."

@@Anarchy-Is-Liberty thers a few that drive them wen it’s nice I have a friend with some high end mopars and he has always drove them pretty hard to put something like that on a trailer I would have to drive it lol it’s only money and you only live one so enjoy it sure it’s pretty but I’d drive it like it was built for
