Replying to my own post...apparently not. This was in the Victoria pub which does still exist but the restaurant is gone. It was called 'Our Mutual Frends'.

I love the way they were so often looking back in the 60's, 'cos everything had got so modern, but so many of us today look back to the 60's, ( & the 30's , 40's & 50's ).

Apparently The pub known as The Victoria still exists, but the restaurant is long gone.
