I know they practice with a metronome, and I think I remember Scott saying that during concerts their in-ears give them the count and the starting note, but then they listen to each other so they stay in sync. Edit to add: I agree with the suggestion of Popspring 2016. It was a Japanese music festival, broadcast on MTV (so mic balance & video are both well done). PTX did a four song set: Cracked (original, no official video), Can’t Sleep Love (original), Water (original, no official video), and Evolution of Michael Jackson. These can be found individually or as a set.

They have a few great live performances floating around 👍 the best ones for sound quality are with Hallelujah from the Christmas special, or the PopSpring 2016 concert. There is also Aha, The Star Vista Singapore, that while filmed in the audience on a phone is actually pretty decent... it's considered a fan favorite due to Avi and Mitch being mind blowing 🤯

But definitely know that Kevin is not seen in the video however he is most definitely heard😊 since it's a fan video it's focused mainly on mitch which was definitely a mus for that particular song! Kevin was putting away his chello during a set change and was still off stage and came in later just off sight of the camera....

Yeah, you totally nailed it. Their voices harmonize so much better than any instruments. Voctave is like that. They sound like a full symphony orchestra when they sing. Kirstin and then boyfriend Jeremy do a Disney Medley with them and it's just amazing! Kate is their soprano and her high notes make the hair on my arms stand up and my eyes water. So beautiful. This one made me tear up also. Loved your reaction!

There's a private live version of Daft Punk that is amazing and shows how they can perform without any enhancement! Also a real treat and journey is their Sing off performances from the season they won! It shows them from their very 1st ever live performances and gives backstory into how they came together as a group as well as insight in how they break down and arrange their song choices!

I believe this was created, arranged, and performed in isolation by each member. They used zoom calls to arrange as a group, but the singing and videography was solo for each person. The final product only came together when the video was assembled. Astonishing level of vocal skill to sing the notes that stack into harmonies without hearing the other parts.

If you want to hear them live, may I suggest three different flavours? "Pentatonix - Gold (Kiiara Cover)" (for a live in studio), "Pentatonix Daft Punk mix private performance" (for a live unplugged performance of the Daft Punk you've already reacted) or "Pentatonix - Aha!, Singapore, The Star Vista " (for a live concert, good quality fan recording)

Yes, they have original music! Look up their songs "Sing", "Happy Now", "Run to You" and "Be My Eyes". Those are just a few of them. Basically if you wanna smile and dance like a goof in your chair, pick "Sing", but if you wanna cry like a baby, pick "Run to You".

There is both a video and a live version of Hallelujah. You will be hard pressed to find any vocal difference. They are simply put, the best acapella group ever. Do many more PLEASE. There is also a studio version of Daftpunk that shows nothing but their amazing singing. Oh, I forgot, they have a ton of original music out too. A great new one is Be My Eyes.
