As a pac historian, his flowed changed in 92. His second album was already similar to the pac in 96. In 92, funky aztecs dropped chicano blues which featured a track with pac. I always heard a similarity in pac n one of the aztec members. But Cisco is dope. Slush the villian had a Similar style too.

Pac mastered others style, he wouldn't steal others... He said he mastered Krs 1 & Rakim's styles before... Pac sounded like neither one... Pac style was always his own narrations of revolutionary... You had Public Enemy, X Clan, early Ice Cube, etc. on that same wavelength... None of them sound alike... Now Pac did adapt his style to the current styles of the music when he dropped his... But you can clearly hear Pac's flow evolve from day 1 until his assassination... Unlike Biggie who went from Party & B.S. flow to Ready To Die flow in a span of 2 years... Lyrical technician or not, that's an obvious switch... He didn't carry his unsigned hype flow to the top of his rise...💯💯💯
@mangadolo2 ай бұрын
Correct. Pac had many styles and would go through phases. Of course he was born in Harlem and was exposed to all NY flow then through Baltimore to Marin City in Yay. I first remember him circa 1990 on the early Digital stuff. Back then he had some more uptempo flows almost more like Fillmore rappers. Then after breaking to go solo and going back between Shock and Moe Bee productions you could hear a mix of everything. Honestly I really remember hearing him with the Scarface (Geto Boys) style with his Thug Life joints all the way through Makaveli.

I’ve never really heard of Cisco till now but I know pacs entire catalog released and unreleased etc…based on a few Cisco tracks I just checked out..I can hear similar cadences from All Eyes On Me…but I think that Tupacs flow just evolved over time where it’s coincidence of similarities . The songs that your hear on Me Against The World are songs created by pac where time was taken and his process allowed more time to be taken..everything after is an evolution of his process where he is basically jotting stuff down real fast in effort to knock out a bunch of songs fast and dealing with limited time …All Eyesz on Me is him getting use to his new process but Makaveli is that process perfected…u can hear a difference in his flow and style on all of them albums. The key ingredient in his flow that changed is that he overtime just became more melodic where some parts of his lyrics are almost sung…no different than what 50 cent in his prime. Hail Mary is a perfect example of this
