i did panchakarma in 2012. changed my life . most ayurveda places that conduct panchakarma are commercial and they take shortcuts - they take shortcuts cz its too hard on patients who are used to modern diet and comforts. Head to "ashokalayam in thiruvegapura in kerala." its an proper ayurveda hospital thats strict on the diet , they prepare the medicines by hand everyday at 430am (yes ive seen them do it at 430 in the morninig) . takes 28days minimum and you have to stay there and its tough mentally , but you emerge from the cocoon as a new being . (also the doctor decides if youre fit to undergo the program , hes turned down my friend. ) - just paying it forward. changed my life . hope my post helps atleast 1 person.

Its Kutipravesika rasayan in Charak samhita.Mahamaye Sri Madanmohan Malviyaji tried it but not able to complete it...future is for Ayurveda..

I dont know about anti aging but they definitely had great knowledge of hair care. Other than ghatotkach never saw anyone loosing hair. In fact they all had great hair. Not sure if dabur was around then 😂😂
