Both these guys were competing to be the top Bad Boy rapper. While Big was the better lyricist, he was always mad that Craig was always more handsome. Puff was going to turn Craig Mack into the next LL, whereas Big, despite being lyrically gifted, just never had the same marketability in terms of looks and sex appeal.
