Part 1: goo.gl/3z5VYR
--------------------------
Lord Jamar took a look back at Craig Mack's career following the rapper's untimely death earlier this month, and Jamar spoke about meeting the "Flava in Ya Ear" rapper.
The Brand Nubian rapper recalled Craig being full of life and taking over the room anytime he would enter, and Lord Jamar added that despite his retirement from rap, Craig Mack would always be known for his classic track. To hear more, including Lord Jamar's thoughts on other Bad Boy artists turning to religion after leaving the label, hit the above clip.

@NA-du5vm
@NA-du5vm 6 жыл бұрын
Klark Kent take it easy tough guy. No need to get your tampon in a bunch. I'm noticing the people he interviews have less to say because Vlad is talking more rather than asking questions. Is that not the primary format of an interview to ask questions and allow the person being interviewed to respond. Then through their response you can latch on to something they said to fill in the time. One prewritten question can lead to many spontaneous ones. Even a simple "why" or "how" can get them to elaborate further.

People who convert to religion, have often experienced something that makes them realise or think, that 'supernatural' is indeed real. And once you see the negative side of that, then you quickly realise the force of bad and good going on. And concious human would inherently want that evil going on. So they turn to religion and empower themselves with righteousness, knowing full well that if that kind of evil exists, then so does the good that keeps humans alive, via empathy etc.

LL dropped a major album in late 90, it did its thing in 91 with singles and videos, also appeared on EPMD's "Rampage," then released an album 2 years later with Pink Cookies? Remember "Backseat of My Jeep." Remember Tribe's 'Electric Relaxation" when Phif said, "Or we can do like Uncle L and swing an ep in my jeep." Remember on "One More Chance" Biggie said, "I got the pack of rough riders in the back of the Pathfinder. You know the epilog by James Todd."

Yup. Death Row East & THAT shit woulda been crazy! Mack & Pac..What! Also, Puff didn't like Mack's manager & wanted him 2 fire him! There was SO much conflict of interest @ Sad Boy its ridiculous. Puff wanted 2 be the owner, the artist, the manager & basically control the whole shit!

Rip Capo I see what you’re saying; I’m from Cali and def remember the hyphy movement; we all know the Yay is known for innovating slang, BUT, in this case I’ll point out that Jamar uses old school NY slang “Nahmean?” but he says “Yanahdamean?” Basically he just says “you know what I mean?”. I bet Jamar doesn’t know a single Mac Dre song, but I agree it’s close. Now if he started talked about being dipped in butter, Vallejo, and Thizz I’d have to wonder.
