Kizaru even spoke with Akainu about him. With the way blackbeard fought the remnants of the WB pirates, and how Weevil was also hunting WB pirates too, maybe there's a connection? Also now that Marco isn't in Wano that gives Weevil a chance to come back into the story. Cheers!

What is the percentage of characters whose laugh echoes their fruit? How many of those are from the early story? Blackbeard pirates could go to many places Amazon Lilly is one of it (I don't know how the love love fruit is a thing that Blackbeard wants) Blackbeard, Caterina Devon, Vasco shot were there Impel down is likely 1 of the location that they will go, there is an opportunity, a cp0 agent is there that means gates of justice will be open, and magallan will be fighting him. Shiryuu and pizzarro will be there their main goal is to kill magallan and steal his devil fruit give it to Doc Q, the cp0 agent, shiryuu and pizzarro will just jump at magallan. Doflamingo will use the chaos to get out of impel down, bon clay might also get out as well maybe they will both join cross guild. Another location that they might go is Zou, blackbeard is a person that knows a lot of information. Opportunity is all the strong minks are currently in wano so it is vulnerable now. Laffite is a navigator so he should be able to find zou, van auge is shown to be able to see far evidenced from him shooting the bird from an island that is not even visible. He should be able to see the load poneglyph, and Laffite will go and steal it. He was able to sneak into marejoa and he is able to hypnotise others. If it fails nevermind, Laffite has the history of being excessively violent he can kill all the minks. Next location is alabasta, Burgess and sanjuan wolf will be in charge. Opportunity cobra,Vivi and all the bodyguards are in reverie. Sanjuan wolf is called a battleship so he will act as a ship for Burgess and he should be able to pass fishman island since he is not a regular ship.when they reach alabasta, Burgess can go and conquer it killing all the royal and rebel army. These 4 places are just optimal for Blackbeard. Fifth location is maybe whole cake island. Urouge and doc Q will be the ones to do it. Opportunity is big mom is not around, and germa already caused a ruckas there. Urouge will just take many damage and use his devil fruit power to take revenge on them but if he is defeated again, doc Q is there he will heal his injuries and urouge can recover and attack again this can go on for many times. Forcing katakuri and the other big mom pirates to leave. Urouge can get the load poneglyph and take over whole cake island forcing big mom to regroup with katakuri and head to elbaf. As for why Blackbeard increased his bounty I think Morgans reported to the world that aokiji is a member of Blackbeard pirates.
