2:21 yea basically people were waiting for all of the affixes to sync up then doing parse runs and skipping every other week. what they've already done change wise will get rid of that.

This is not accurate. At +4 you get either Fortified or Tyrannical and this will alternate each week. At +10 you will also get whichever one you didn't get at +4 that week. So both will be active on +10 and higher keys.
