I’m a big advocate of giving managers/head coaches time in a new job, he’s had one transfer window & likely had very little to do with the recruitment done in that window. The biggest problem for me is the club!! Communication is basically non-existent, what they have come out with is so much bollocks it’s embarrassing!! From the sacking of Pearson to the mess we are currently in on the pitch & the mess they’ve made of the season ticket situation! it’s the clubs doing & as things stand my enthusiasm for everything involving the club has been drained out of me! I’m not even sure if I can face attending another game this season let alone renewing my season ticket (which looks 90% unlikely)!! The bullshit that has come out of the club is mind-boggling, apparently we only need 2 new signings during the summer, a striker & a #10!! So what about replacing James, King & Williams (all out of contract I believe in the summer?) The chances of keeping Pring & Conway look limited at best & let’s not forget the reason why we didn’t invest in the team last summer like Coventry did! Because apparently we didn’t sell anyone over the last year (god knows what happened to Semenyo & Scott?) I’m unsure whether the personnel at the club are just plain thick or if they believe us the fans are & that they can tell us anything & we’ll lap it up?!? Well I’m very close to finally being broken by the club I love & I’m unsure I can put anymore energy into supporting those that are ‘running’ (I use the term loosely) our club!!

Oxford fan here, LM managed to get some good L1 players into Oxford during pre season but the football was boring ( always passing back, slow build up when we did push forward ) but we were winning games….

Just never liked him. I think he's so unlikeable, dull and boring. He's trying to change too much. Half our players look like they have no clue what they are being asked to do. I would have rather seen the season out with NP then let him go at the end of his deal, and brought in a proper well sought of coach. Not some puppet

Absolutely right the Chairman John Lansdown is walking around with egg on his face . What a stupid appointment. There was nothing wrong with Mr. Pearson.

@@NadineGardner-ws2twfans constantly complained about Pearson and wanting a new manager and lansdown gave the fans that. Now we just need to hold out for the rest of the season give manning a summer to prepare and build and then if there’s no improvement after that then look for a replacement.
