It's obvious that there is room for human error especially concerning all of the disputes and the fact that the pickup wasn't arranged until months later. Same with the bill of lading. If it's not correct upon pick up, corrections must be made and *all parties* sign and date to signify that they are aware and accept these changes.

As explained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the federal cooling-off rules gives the consumer three days to cancel certain sales for a full refund. And as he had not yet picked up the furniture he had every right to cancel it. If he had taken it home that would be different. WAKE UP JUDY.

The plaintiff is clearly a Republican but I do sympathise with him. I will never buy from a 'All Sales Are Final' business.

Congratulations! I hope you live a beautiful, creative life filled with a true love. I'm from the Detroit area. I think it was right after Gay Marriage was made legal and my son and I ran into two young men super dressed up for prom. Something they said made me believe they were each others dates. I said how handsome they were and then a third young man came out in a beautiful formal gown. My mouth dropped open and immediately my eyes started tearing up. I said how gorgeous she was! She truly was and I was thrilled that she could go to her Prom and be exactly who she wanted to be. And that is what I want for you. Live your life the way that will make this great gramma cry. ❤️ Love

Jj really don’t be listening at times🙄 the plaintiff has to explain his case, not her guessing🙄 if the mover had signed for the 9 pieces instead of 14 she would of said “how would I know your mover didn’t take it”🙄🫠
