I dont agree with you on this. When im asked a question i tend to repeat psrt of thr question, depending on what the question is. Or ill repeat the question back to make sure im understanding what is being asked. The repeating the question as apart of the answer, that to me stems from school. When answering essay questions or just questions where u had to write out the answer, u had to incorporate the question into the answer. Ex why did you push tom? I pushed tom because..... or if you had 100K$ what would you do with it and why, and explain your answer. If i had 100K$ i would do this and that because of this and that and everything else. I know my comment is long, but its to prove to you that JUST because someone is repeating the question when answering does NOT mean theyre lying. If u have an anxiety disorder ur gna stutter alot as well. I can speak from experience.

Feel bad for the father. Some people just don’t process their answers as fast as others. I think they went to the crystal stairs meeting together and they told them to come back for an official appointment. The sitter agreed to wait for payment and then changed her mind. That’s what he was trying to prove. Hope he gets on his feet. And the mother seems like a deadbeat if she if she doesn’t have physical custody of her child. She needs to step up and help.

Hello, because I read your comment I feel the need to reply to your comment. He didn’t prove anything the paper he had was to show prove of Crystal stair to another provider. He dropped his daughter off I told him to go get Crystal stairs and I told him if he get the Crystal stairs I will give him the money back but he had to pay me and he didn’t he lied and stated he had an appointment he wasted my time to go down there just to receive an appointment he couldn’t prove any of that in court because he didn’t have no proof that he was giving me or got Crystal stairs for his daughter to pay me he didn’t pay Fatima but that’s who he went back to. He didn’t pay Fatima and he didn’t pay me for the whole month I didn’t agree to anything other than if you get the crystal stairs I will pay you back what you pay me but in the meantime you have to pay me trust me I don’t do business like that he lied

The defendant didn't figure out the real reason Fatima introduced the plaintiff and the crystal stairs program to him is because he was behind in payments. I don't think he actually was trying to lie there, but he was too stupid to realize why and thus got angry when JJ straight away tell him Fatima terminated their service because of that.

Fatima did not introduce him to me the school told him about me because Fatima wasn’t educated in his daughter I am a provider and I also educate children she didn’t know her ABCs or her 123 so that’s why the school referred him to me he is a big ass liar sometimes we think we know people stories when we actually don’t I can tell you better 😊 he didn’t pay Fatima so he brought his child to me just off the referral of she wasn’t learning anything at Fatima daycare and she’s at preschool so of course they’re going to refer him to a good provider that actually educate children he dropped her off and he only paid For enrollment fee. trust me I tried to help this further back than my fees was not a lot I have been in daycare for six years after that and I have been doing well for myself and I’ve learned a lot from parents like him when you try to help them because you feel bad for them they take advantage of you

If you get Crystal stairs they pay for the Childcare Crystal stairs is a government program that Parents can go on for low income that can pay for their childcare. At that time a lot of providers were charging Parents a lot of money however I was just getting my feet wet so I only charge $25 for six hours I thought that was suffice especially for single fathers and single mothers that couldn’t pay

Childcare tuition for me and my daycare is how the parent want to pay me is optional to pay me monthly, it is optional to pay me every two weeks, but the rule is that a daycare provider charge weekly I go by my parents pay some parents get paid And want to get the daycare fee out the way so I just go by my parents he know exactly what I charge and I’m the one that told him to go get Crystal stairs because I didn’t want to charge him if I knew he can benefit from the Crystal stairs because he was a single father obviously he wasn’t a single father he’s a liar❤

He delivers a good defensive attitude, it is very believable and then you remember, ah he did not bother to pay her ANYTHING for the work she did. He is not some innocent just because he has custody of his kid. Even if you are struggling, you could bring something, even 10 a day. Because as the Judge says, HE got his salary, his paycheck and did not care that this woman did not get hers. His baffled innocent act is just that - an act.

@@RazzleAnd_Dazzle yup, I used to be annoying about a percentage of my tax money going to people on welfare assuming everyone was lazy until I got a sweet taste of humble pie and ended up homeless the beginning of the pandemic. I needed the assistance and they paid for me to take MA classes and I can do phlebotomy and was able to get a better job than what I was (retail!) when I was being an A$$ about tax money. I realized then some people really do need the help but a majority use and abuse it. I really mean a majority.

@@cmbsr4851 I’m glad you were able to better yourself, however during the pandemic benefits were significantly increased. Most welfare benefits (snap as well) are meager, and have work requirements. Here in Florida, TANF is very difficult to get, is pitifully low, and is a time limited program. It is estimated the percentage of recipients of these programs that abuse it in some way are between 5 and 10 percent. Assistance is not intended to make anyone rich, and rarely allows the type of benefits you received during the pandemic unfortunately. Those were special circumstances.

@@RazzleAnd_Dazzle yes it was a really difficult time but I feel like I got so blessed, I know it was the worst time for many many people but my family got blessed after all the mess we went through. The snap here did get increased for some people here in CA and honestly it helped us eat healthier with buying groceries and not blowing cash on fast food because of convenience you know? I'll never judge anyone for being on assistance again but some, you just KNOW they dont care
