12hrs after I published this video, the stock market futures market opened and immediately crashed - particularly the NASDAQ 100 Futures which is now down 4.5% at 6am ET. I'm sure it's pure coincidence and has nothing to do with the content of this video, but if I"m wrong, subscribe to my channel - you know, just in case some of my content might actually have some value.

yep, its all your fault that the world just found out that 99.9% of all llm-ai is cow-poop, who knew? llm-ai will never be AGI, its impossible its like monkey throwing their feces on the wall and reading it and saying that all human knowledge can be found; While this is true it would take an infinite number of monkeys, and an infinite amount of poopy walls to find the 'truth'; If China's deep-seek is the best, or better than the best of the woke monkey-poop coming out of USA, just maybe monkey-poop ( llm-ai ) is in itself not real AI?? If you believe that? I don't I don't think this hedge-fund company is real 'native china', IMHO its a western faux company with an llama/gpt-4 clone that the west has made 'famous' for 24 hours, so that only it could fall and make China look like a loser, after all the MSM made it a winner; The simple fact is deep-seek is WOKE, and so is open-AI, and both are never going to be AGI, they're are just western CIA pyscho games to normalize non--hetrosexual breeding, aka "WOKE" mind-cuckery

China’s strong national pride and state-led model drive its success. The CPC invests surplus capital into social programs, enabling citizens to focus on education, family, and innovation. Businesses profit within limits, guided by the government’s "visible hand" to align with national development. This system secures political stability, incentivizes high performance, and positions China’s success as a win for the Global South and humanity. As an African I am overjoyed. This gives us the tools to compete in the future. Long live China 🇨🇳

It's not just cost, it is also a completely different model of AI that use reinforcement training and that the AI can reason and figure things by itself and self-taught through systems of reward. The one use by ChatGPT use Supervised Fine Tuning (SFT ) and Chain Of Thought (COT) to run the model which required a lot of GPU resources, not to mention human resources to monitor. DeepSeek model has the ability to become more powerful because it doesn't rely much on trained data sets...so its ability to scale up in intelligence is much higher without relying on powerful GPUs. What also freak out Silicon Valley is that it is also open source which mean those companies that heavily invest in billions of dollars are now realizing they're not getting the revenue they expected in the future. I already heard many are cancelling ChatGPT subscriptions.

it has to be remembered that Apple M series has a neural chip - it is a neural architecture built into their M series - NVidia isn't the only player in town

exactly, though I will add that nvda still has the software/driver game in lockdown.. Cuda is way more compatible with existing software frameworks than CoreML, especially when it comes to training

why can't the hyperscalers marry the elements of deepseek open source technology with the nvda/amd gpu currently have to come up with even stronger models?

it could, and probably will - the scenarios aren't mutually exclusive, but leakage is still leakage... there will likely be a stratification as the market matures, and over time, the high end will shrink in size. this is the general dynamic of market maturization.

Who would have thought that software based AI (LLM) algorithms can be improved. Oh some people who do not think that software is written in stone of course. The research paper for some of their improvements, about the approximating some of the computations, was released about 4-5 months ago (if remember correctly). Investing in infrastructure for the AI industry ( based on the current state) is like investing billions in the 1950s, betting that the mainframes are the future of computing. This way of thinking leads only to one thing called HUGE mall-investment, and a very beautiful crash of course. Time to buy long puts ...

Necessity its the mother of all innovation, we have seen what happened with EV, Huawei and now AI. the more they force China into the corner the more they go and do it by themselves and if that happen the only one that suffer its American Companies that used to sell its products to china and now they lost not only the market but possible potential to be left behind.

That’s not how things tend to unfold in maturing markets once commoditization sets in - stratification results in market share moving to high volume low profit margin producers optimized for volume that usually are different entities from the high end producers. If you recall, that’s what AMD did to Intel back in the day, despite Intel’s attempts to enter low end markets with their Celeron chips. We have many examples in various industries that serve as great educational learning case studies.

It was inevitable for this to happen ...deepspeed & ONNXRuntime were the canary in the coal mine. I'm a novice and started exploring how deepspeed (whitepaper on hardeware) and ONNX (software side interaction) . Then NVIDIA comes out with the 5090 having ONNX built into it......i immediately went and bought shorts 6 months out.
