Maharishi Ji is right about the different levels of appreciation as a result of different levels of awareness. From Maharishi Ji's perspective, if Jesus Ji was Enlightened, he could not have inspired Christianity on the basis of suffering. In the New Testament as we know it, there are many instances that refer to Jesus Ji teaching a meditation technique using a mantra. But, Maharishi Ji might be right when Jesus was taken back at some point by the Father because the level of awareness of the people at the time was not sufficient to absorb the complete knowledge and related practices Jesus Ji was teaching.
