Derek Carr is playing good football. Not ideal circumstances for any QB. MVS was a 5th string receiver on Buffalo. The other receivers are practice squad guys. Not to mention the sub oar Oline. I think the Saints are on the right path. Continuity between Carr and Kubiak as well as a strong draft will make them competitive next season.

The loss falls on every saints player, saints coaches and management. The owner needs to make many changes and perhaps a whole different direction in the football world. Changes also need to be made with the Pelicans too !

With the injuries the Saints have its important that they convert on all opportunities. 2 Sequences Stand Out: Carr to Kamara for the TD in the first half. (Negated by a penalty followed by another penalty) 2 penalties on one series kills a drive. They ended up Missing a 37 yard fg. Juwuan Johnson deep ball drop. Saints win this game if they convert on these opportunities.

@@Dylan406281 The “illegal man downfield” penalty was bogus. The left tackle whiffed on a block and his momentum took him 3 yards past the line of scrimmage. You are allowed two yards. He turned and was in the pocket before Carr threw the ball. They should have let that go. It was a silly call that negated a TD. They would have finished the half up 13-0 and would have won.

Carr is literally a top 5 graded QB in the NFL right now, and top 10 on every single efficiency metric. He's also the highest graded player on the entire Saints team. So either you have no idea what you're seeing, or youre intentionally lying. Carr is playing better than Goff this season. Better than Mahomes too. Difference is the teams around those QB's. Saints, bottom 3 defense, bottom 3 OL. No QB is winning with that.

I've watched many many QB's in my time. Carr is great when he has competent protection and not practice squad WR's. Unfortunately saints have had one of the worst OL's in the NFL and practice squad WR's, yet fans think there's a QB who could play at an elite level with that 😂. Clearly the concept of it being a team game eludes you. Carr is the highest graded player on the Saints team right now, and it's not really close. McCoy the only one who is close. Instead of doing that, how about you go watch Winston play, then maybe you won't be so mad at Carr for taking his job 😅
