I know all about double cousins..in my family even though it may sound strange it isn't and just happened naturally.. they all went to church together and yes a normal Baptist Church and 3 brothers married 3 sisters so we are all double 1st cousins and of the same bloodline on both sides of our family.. things didn't start getting watered down until the cousins started marrying and having children but even then they all pretty much look alike and now the real 1st cousins so to speak have started to have children but the DNA is strong..lol.. and no there isn't any incest family with family or anything like that for those of you that may not understand. js

Just got back from Graceland last night. Second time this year. The Christmas lights and decorations were beautiful. The curtains inside had been changed to red and Christmas trees, gifts and poinsettias were gorgeous.

Ive watched what seems like 100s of hours of the memphis mafia 5hr documentary on youtube. Your story Billy and everyone elses stories are so amazing. Everytime someone tells me a story of being at a Elvis concert its amazing to think you were there backstage! Love listening to You, Lamar, Red, Sonny, and Marty talking about elvis the interviews on youtube ‘Memphis mafia Kid’ and all other sources from you and the other members are invaluable. I saw one with Red and George on Georges tv channel. Someone had here on youtube. He said the youth and future generations would go to the library to see the digital media of the his interview with Red and learn about the life of Elvis. How true and its amazing that its all at our fingertips all the documentaries and people who surrounded and were inspired by the qualities Elvis had that propelled him to the top!

Love hearing about your time at Graceland. It’s so sad to see what the Whitehaven area has become. I know that was a thriving area in the 60s-70s. But sadly I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around outside near Graceland now. I’ve lived in Memphis my whole life (born 1981), and I just wish I knew what it was like in that area of Memphis back then. Thank you for sharing.
