Some suggestions: 1. Don't eat anything during a reaction, and if you need to drink it's best to pause your recording, or wait until after (if what you're reacting to is short). This is because there are misophonic people who can get triggered from the sounds (or even the sight) of eating and drinking. Also, it can divert your attention from the content you're reacting to, which has occurred with you I've noticed. 2. Pause if you want to make some commentary, because again you'll miss content by talking over it. 3.
