I am on ozempic, .25 for about 8 weeks. I have not lost any weight for about 3 weeks. I have stayed on a 1100-1500 a day faithfully. So heating you up too had some trouble losing is encouraging. Thank you for sharing. You and I are almost the same weight and loss.

Winnie I watch a woman on KZbin that has NASH as well. She may have to have a liver transplant so hers must have progressed. She has only discussed it once as far as I know but I recognized it immediately because of you. Some of these medications are incredibly expensive…..extortionate really. I was about to go on Humira a few years ago and it was going to be about 25k a year. We have good coverage for meds but not when it comes to 25k. We had applied to the government which most people do who go on these expensive meds. In the end I didn’t go on it.

When I was on Saxenda my insurance covered the first prescription only. I had to pay $400 for the next one, which I didn’t even end up finishing because the side effects were so bad. Now my Dr has prescribed Wegovy. I’m going to call the insurance company because the weight loss is imperative for my overall health. I’ve developed high blood pressure when for 53 years it was always low. I have other health issues that I’m sure will clear up after losing weight. $400 a month is a lot of money.😭

I've gained weight since I've had my thyroid removed, it's been a constant battle. I've lost 8 lbs but it's a struggle with no metabolism (even tho I take thyroid replacement meds) it's not the same as a natural metabolism! I'd be happy with 20 more but it was a battle just to lose 8! I know when I'm thinner I feel better physically so it needs to be done but it's hard! So I wish you luck for your health🥰
