You would of lost your mind in our blind 2 weeks ago. We watched close to 400 ring necks work in and out of our spread. Left with a skunk. None of us have the pallet for divers. Still fun to hear and watch. Turned out to be the highlight of the hunt.

I remember my college years and saving up for good goretex rain gear. It makes all the difference in staying dry and comfortable. being soaked to the bone as the front comes through and then temps start dropping sucks. Especially when the birds are really doing it

I loved this video. Tells the story clearly of you hunt, you difficulties, portage etc. Not necessary to shoot a limit to have a good video. I hate it when people beat you in and don't have the courtesy to spot light you as you come in. Not sure if that happen to you, but its a complaint I have. Doesn't happen very often, thank goodness.

Come up to MN with any diver decoys out when buffleheads are around. Ive seen a group shoot at them 150 yards away from us and they came and landed right in our decoys! Whack em and stack em bro.

Also on public land I’ve found that if I have someone set up on me then you can do 1 of 2 things and still kill birds. Call as loud and as much as possible, or not call at all and let their mistakes be your successes. Pretty decent hunt for crappy weather though
