I’m starting to realize overtime, the luxury bags I do have become a bit boring the more I look at it 😢😂 I ended up selling a lot of my purses (the ones I’m not crazy about/use) and It feels refreshing. I have the exact Alma and though I don’t always wear it, when I do, it’s the best bag that fits what I’m wearing, even elevates the whole look. I wear mostly beige and nude, so the DE really gives a nice contrast ❤

I love my alma BB in DE! But I only wear it during the fall or winter… I love it as top handle. I found a nice strap from Dress Up Your Purse for crossbody but wearing it top handle is still my fav!

I love your Dior Montaigne EW, it’s an updated classic! Get rid of ones you don’t use, but they are all great bags. Sell the Clapton as is (w/o the original strap). Someone might not want the leather strap and like the gold one better. Enjoy your bags. I have a LV Beverly GM I rarely use that I should sell but haven’t. Not sure how to go about it and the resellers take a lot to do it. So it sits in my closet…

I have neverfull bag … I take it everywhere when I travel. I throw in my jacket .. wallet .. medicine. Everything best bag ever !! Alma I bought 15 years ago in patent. Still looks the same but I don’t carry it much too. I have 30 montaige dior chain bag. I just love love love this bag. It’s so classic and looks very expensive. But I mostly pair it with jeans. I always get compliments when carrying the bag

I love all of these bags; I think they are stunning - maybe because I don't have any of them. Even with a good job, rent, groceries, car......I could see saving up for one but how do you all afford multiple bags? What are your hints and tips? Looking to learn. Kudos on your discussion about Dior. Allegations are just that- allegations until something is proven one way or the other. In this current age, we are too quick to judge, criticize, condemn, and cancel without any facts whatsoever. The fact that you are waiting for further information and investigation is a welcome thing. More people should follow your lead. Don't keep anything you don't use. Let it go on to bless someone else. When you sell, gift, or donate something you are no longer using, send it on with a hope/wish/prayer (whatever you believe) that it enriches and blesses the next owner and brings them joy.

Great video and TFS. Makes me think. I say sell the Clapton without the strap. We all have other black leather straps that we can use with a bag if we want and there are plenty of after market ones also. Just price it less. So I do have a few bags that I don’t use often if at all. They are all my larger ones. I like smaller bags as well although not as mini as you prefer. Slightly bigger. One that I never use is my monogram batignolle, which is a lovely tote, which was my first LV bag, not my first luxury bag tho. It’s still in pristine condition but I’m not a tote girl and haven’t been in a very long time. But I keep it in case I need a tote some times. I also don’t like vachetta much because I agree, it is not truly carefree for me. Also my DE graceful pm which I loved when I got it, I forced myself to use once last winter. It’s tote like I guess also. That one I won’t sell because I got it in France on my anniversary 6 years ago along with my Chanel jumbo, which I also rarely use but I wont sell it as it’s from the rue Cambon store, and was my first Chanel bag and so expensive now, and I do love it as a nice larger bag. Also I don’t use my large Chanel 19 in the lovely 21 a dove grey as it’s a bit big but I loooove it and how it looks. I can’t sell it! I have 2 medium 19s which I love and use more. As for the DE print, in French it is Da mee a (long A sound at the end) and the ebene is pronounced e BEN, but I think a lot of people pronounce the r at the end of Damier and also say the ebene as e BEAN. I studied French for a long time time in School so I say the former. But I’m sure it doesn’t matter In The US. I also prefer a travel tote to have a closure so the NF is a no for me for travel.

I think you should keep the Gucci toiletry pouch. It really does look like a bag and even if you don’t want to use it as a bag, it can be an actual toiletry when you travel or a larger catch all when you travel.

These bags are lovely. I especially like the last one on the list in the video. You should def keep that one, since you like the strap with your other bag. It's a nice enough bag, too, to expect it might be more fashionable again in the future. More than anything else, however, I think you struggle with these bags, because you have evolved your personal style/preference towards small bags and you are a little spoiled for choice now. Hence these classic pieces are no longer the only option... I have a different/opposite problem. When I buy bags I usually put them in my wardrobe and stick to my classic LV ebene messenger bag, which I have been using for years and which is indestructible because it has almost no leather on it.

The neverfall is too big for my frame size , so that is why I didn’t get it, but I would consider the PM size. The Dior is so adorable, and the size 🤩u should keep that one! The Alma., I am opposite where just using the top handle I get tired of having it on my one hand, like I need both my hands😂!But yes I agree if it looks too big as a crossbody, I just can’t either. I like the gucci, I would use that as shoulder one 🤩 I also like the LV last one on your video. I would use that as a shoulder one too, too big for me as crossbody( so u can keep the leather strap😂). I would be interested in these 2 so keep me in mind😅

I don't use my LV Speedy 30 in the DE. It is too big and unstructured. Another bag, I don't use is my LV Neverfull MM for the exact reasons you mentioned. I am still debating whether I should hang on to them or not. Your Dior bag is beautiful. Great video.

I hardly use my Chanel Mini Rectangular in caviar leather. I paid waaay over retail for it because I wanted it so badly. But the few times I've used it, the corners are showing rubbing already which is disappointing. But I won't get rid of it because I do save it for special occasions and it's only 1 of 2 Chanel bags that I own.

Very interesting thoughts. I found that Interesting that they all have monogram prints in common. Do you think that might be one of the reasons? Being too “loud” when the trend (inflation and fashion) is on minimalism/being low-key or that prints in general are busy and draw too much attention on the bag competing with the outfit? The latter is what happens in my case, so I just have small leather goods in monograms.
