India got probably best overall talent but Australia has the best fielders, coaching and tactics. Pitch was one sided whoever batted first could have lost. Home crowd too may have added to the anxiety.

It is quite hard to believe that the entire Indian team and management had no clue about the behaviour of black soil in day-night matches. While the Australians who visit India temporarily for IPL and bilaterals figured it all out.

Don’t think they were over confident however when the pressure moments came along India’s decision making faltered and was made based on fear of failing as opposed to taking the game on as they did all tournament

Is it fair idea to have best of 3 finals? Because India were the best time and win all the stage games.. One bad day shouldn't decide the cup

Not a fan of best of 3 finals - the whole challenge of a final is dealing with the pressure of a knock out. If the point is for the best team in the league to get the trophy may as well do away with the semis and finals and just give the cup to the winner of the league.
