What's the source? What I know is that there were only humanitarian aids as there were around 1.5 millions living around idlib who escaped from the Assad regimen brutality. There were incidences where some people tried to go back and they were arrested. Also Al joulani since the beginning during nusra front he said he doesn't accept any aid from any country because it's always conditional. And they have enough weapons from what they took from Assad what and from his ties with Al qaeda. After governing idlib they started to make weapons especially for drones and few other things. I feel like most western people who are talking about syria doesn't know literally anything. They just say any bs based on some out of context articles.

Perfidy War crime involving breaking of a promise. In the context of war, perfidy is a form of deceptive tactic where one side pretends to act in good faith, such as signalling a truce (e.g., raising a white flag), but does so with the deliberate intention of breaking that promise. The goal is to trick the enemy into lowering their guard, such stepping out of cover to accept a supposed surrender, only to exploit their vulnerability. Perfidy constitutes a breach of the laws of war and so is a war crime, as it degrades the protections and mutual restraints developed in the interest of all parties, combatants and civilians. Geneva Conventions Perfidy is specifically prohibited under the 1977 Protocol I Additional to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949.
