I was worried at first that going premium might deprive content creators of money, but apparently the longer someone watches a video on premium the more the creator gets, so I felt better reading that! You work hard and deserve to get paid for it, I always hate seeing people complaining about creators being monetised 😢.

You could print out headers on sticker paper to make your own headers, it would be a bit neater if it bothers you. Nice to see you back!

I agree with making it as simple as possible. I couldn’t do it the way so many people do it. It’s pretty involving. We get paid every other week. I have a happy planner that I tweaked to suit how I do thing. I write down what’s in checking. I subtracted the bills, (Comcast, cell phones, water, lights, garbage) then I put a set amount into savings, the rest goes for what we need(all the other things) I do keep track of our expenses on spreadsheets on my computer because Apple numbers does all the adding for you. I’ve tracked our spending for the last 4 years and we’re pretty consistent on that.

Just catching up! Happy belated birthday 🎉 and sorry you have been poorly on your hols. It took me a while to get used to the new TBM budget page as its changed from what I’ve used for the last couple of years. You track your sinking funds used as a deposit/income in the spending trackers and add them up and stick them in the income box. I don’t use some of the pages either, you do what suits you best 🙂

Glad you are feeling better now.. I was looking at buying that budget planner the day before I watched this... so glad I did.. I don't have time for all of that detail 😂

I've been using the Abundant Budgets planner and I really love it so far. It's very straightforward to use, but is still allowing me to keep a close eye on spending.

I knew there was something I forgot to say, there were no ads during your video when I watched it on Sunday night and I don't have KZbin premium so there you go, the ad thing is a mystery!

❤ video. Michelle from yorkshire budgets uses Tbm i think. May have a look at hers for set up or ideas.

I got 8 sets of adverts for this video which I think is a record 😂 if I’ve got a longer video to watch and know there will be lots of adverts then I watch it whilst I’m cooking dinner or getting things ready in the morning. ❤

Oh Zoe! What a rollercoaster, so glad you managed to get to Prague despite not feeling tip top. I hope the rest of the month is calmer, happy birthdays and anniversaries all round! Gentle huggs x

Lovely to see you back on YT. You’ve definitely had an eventful month. Amazing side hustling and will keep a look out for the cash stuffing of it. I find those budgets books way more complicated than they need to be. Bringing sinking funds back in as income just confuses me so I just track the fund and then split the main monthly income to where it needs to go. My mind just boggles by the books. You do amazing with them 💕

I have the TBM planner and I feel it doesn't work for me this year - the first year it doesn't seem to. I'm going to keep trying and maybe buy another one in the autumn

Yes I stayed to the end, it was very interesting. I think that book might have confused me but then I use a cash book from Temu which is simple and cheap 😁

Yay , great to see you Zoe 😍 aww made me tear up that , describing Paul’s reaction 💜 sorry you was soo poorly 😢 blummin typical that isn’t it after all your hard work saving and planning . I agree with what u have said…. The planner is there to assist us and help , so we have to make it work how WE want. It’s just a tool isn’t it. I use them as I wish and not as it’s intended, but as you know I am a rebel 😂🙈. I like the coil. The paper smells weird though 😂, I ignore what I don’t want ( as I did last year and the year before with different planners ) and I label my pens , I have about 8 categories. Interesting about monzo customer service. Great deal with the phones Zoe , that is an amazing amount for recycling your phones , well done you 💪💪💪 great side hustle and this is a very useful video 🥰💜 see you soon 😍🥰xx 💕🌸💕 edited to add , great photos ☺️🙊💜

My head was hurting with the budget planner lol. I have tried with budget planners but I just can't get used to them. I've been using Ynab classic for years, so I stick with that. I don't track my spending as it's only me but I do think if you have a way that works for you then stick with it. Nice long video, I enjoyed catching up. Prague sounds great, shame that you were ill but I hope you both enjoyed it as much as you could.

I feel the exact same way about TBM planner, I couldn’t wait to get it and I hate it. It costs me $86.00 Canadian to get it….never again. I’m glad to see there are others that are not happy with it because I honestly felt how can I not love it, everyone seems to love it. It’s so much paper, it’s overwhelming and it’s so darn heavy. I went and bought a standard planner and instantly felt better however I hate that I wasted that much money buying that darn planner!

I downloaded tbmp aswell thought id would like to go back to a paper planner and i only could use it for 2 weeks, writing everything down done my head in digital jist works better for me. I had to many catergories aswell, i had a binder just for meself think i had nearly 20 catergories just for meself madness drove me insane, so now i just have 6 sinking funds along with my bills and weekly spending so much easier.
