I am so grateful to have the Lord in my life. I have been dealing with a bad problem with gout in my legs and feet. I have prayer to him for help to over come this. The helper has gave me strength to over come and give it to the Lord. I am so thankful the Lord has removed the gout from me. Amen

Just wanted to make a comment about the book sister Shelley mentioned. Pressing in to His Presence is an awesome book. I don't like reading and hardly ever read a book from cover to cover. But this book kept me reading and studying and verifying scripture. It so helped me draw closer to the Lord. A good read for anyone. Thanks for putting those thoughts on paper. God bless.

1 Peter 3:19,20 is saying that the preaching by the resurrected Jesus to unrighteous angels was a preaching of judgment. Peter’s use of the past tense (preached) indicates that such preaching had been done prior to the writing of his first letter.
