when you pass the LSATs, get through law school, pass the bar, serve several years as a prosecution attorney in new york city and then continue on to be a family court judge for many years after, you earn the right to basically tell people to shut up and make hella bank to do so. knowing the law and being able to execute justice is an extremely valuable, stressful, and mentally tolling job to have.

This has been my point when it comes to so many .. people.. and things. If you have money for weave, for iPhones, for nice clothes, jewelry, iPads, Xbox for your kids, etc. then you can't claim you're broke and you especially shouldn't claim you need help financially from the government which a lot of ppl do.. I'll just say that.
@reesaallen54742 жыл бұрын
Many people that require financial help from the government are lacking the financial skills necessary to budget well. Which is why government aid comes with so many strings. Ie food stamps exclude hot food, housing assistance vouchers go directly to the landlord and terms for FTH loan programs have stipulations.

And the plaintiff was so cheap, he has his mommy serve the defendant the court appearance papers. So, you can tell, he will always live with mommy so she can so everything for him and he will be cheap. And no wife or kids. And the nitwit filed to case for the same things. LMAO! SO much for a college education wasted on the plaintiff, for mommy tells him how to do things she knows nothing about. LMAO! And then the defendant filed a PO for being served a court date summons. For the plaintiff was a spoiled little boy and thought harassing people was a good thing his mother told him it was okay to do.

Okay but they work at the same Place get another job if you are that scared .. he played the system
@bunnyrabi2 жыл бұрын
If your only reason is because you THINK someone may continue VERBALLY harassing you; I say verbally because he made no indication of physical harassment. Then asking for a protection order is quite stupid. The person needs to at least have done something like actually continue to harass you with no way for you to stop through simple methods like blocking their contacts. A protection order should be the last thing to do when all else fails. You don't want to get the government involved unless it's absolutely necessary. Cases where a protective order is reasonable: stalking, domestic abuse, physical/sexual harassing, threats, trespassing. These all however need evidence, which usually is easy to get if these things are actually happening. However like you said you will get a temporary if evidence is not immediately available.
@zonalspore Жыл бұрын
There was literally no basis for the restraining order when he could provide no proof of harassment. He was filing protective orders purely out of spite.
