The Shia propagandists claim that Omar said that the Prophet ﷺ was talking nonsense or that he asked if the Prophet was delirious. Yet, this is a blatant and manifest lie! In absolutely no Hadith did Umar ibn al-Khattab say these words. The event is narrated in multiple Hadith, including in Sahih Bukhari (4.52.288, 5.59.716, 4.53.393, 7.70.573, 1.3.114) and Sahih Muslim (13.4014, 13.4015, 13.4016). Yet, not in a single version-neither in the Sahihayn nor in any other Hadith compilation for that matter-are any such words ascribed to Omar ibn al-Khattab. It is only the Shia who make such claims that it was Omar who said that, but we demand them to show us the proof, and they can never do that, namely because Omar never said such a thing nor has such a thing ever been ascribed to him (aside from Shia books). Omar’s only explanation for refusing the Prophet’s order was that the Prophet was in a great deal of pain and that he (Omar) wished to ease the Prophet’s pain and burden.

Abuzar Sultanov Abuzar Sultanov ok I will explain. The event you are referring to happened on a Thursday, 3 days before the Prophet SAS passed away, on the following Monday. If what Rasulullah SAS had to say was so important he had 3/4 more days to ask someone else for a pen and paper. Umar RA hadn’t held him hostage to prevent other people from coming seeing the messenger. Rather Umar saw how unwell Rasulullah was and didn’t want to put him under anymore stress. And to say Rasulullah SAS was not able to deliver his message , you are indirectly implying that he SAS had failed his mission as a prophet because he was unable to deliver the message. Astaghfurallah. Take the hatred of Umar out of your heart. It will benefit you.

How dare you? 2) "he had 3/4 more days", your logic sucks, if Omar would have objected on Sunday night, you said that Holy Prophet still had 12 good hours 3) “to ask someone else for a pen and paper”, why Holy Prophet needed someone else instead of Omar the Commander of the Faithful? 4) “Umar RA hadn’t held him hostage to prevent other people from coming seeing the messenger”, agree with you 100% that Omar hadn’t held Him hostage, he just disobeyed Holy Prophet 5) “Umar saw how unwell Rasulullah”, I believe Omar wasn’t a physician, was he? 6) “didn’t want to put him under anymore stress”, really, by disobeying His orders? 7) Take the idolization of Omar out of your heart, it will benefit you 8) Eid Mubarak to my muslim Brother

You are literally as delusional as the man in this video. read the quote he said from Umar. The man literally refused the prophets request. Yet here you are looking for excuses. This guy literally made a video for you as an excuse. The fact is a request was made by the messenger of Allah, and it was denied by a so called companion, to the point (as per quoting your guy in this video) that an argument broke out. You are delusional people and one day you will have to answer for making all these excuses when the words were provided for you as clear as day.

The Prophet’s last illness before his final departure from this world lasted around two weeks. During this time, the Prophet’s condition gradually deteriorated and he became bedridden. He experienced a high grade fever, severe headaches, and even fainting spells, slipping into and out of consciousness. The so-called “incident of the pen and paper” occurred four days before the Prophet’s death, on a Thursday. The Prophet asked for a pen and paper in order to write down some religious advice for the Muslims. However, immediately after asking for the pen and paper, the Prophet fainted and became unconscious. While the Prophet lay unconscious, a man got up to get the pen and paper, but Umar ibn al-Khattab called him away from doing that. Umar felt that they should not bother the Prophet by asking him to write down religious advice, but rather they should allow the Prophet to regain consciousness, get some rest, and recuperate. Therefore, Umar said to the other Muslims: “The Prophet is seriously ill and you have the Quran; so the Book of Allah is enough for us.” Umar ibn al-Khattab thought-and rightfully so-that the request for a pen and paper no longer applied now that the Prophet had fainted. Instead of getting the pen and paper, Umar felt that they should allow the Prophet to rest. However, some of the Sahabah felt that they should get the pen and paper anyways, and that they should implore the Prophet to write for them; these people said: “Bring him (the writing material) so that Allah’s Messenger may write a document for you and you would never go astray after him.” Some of the Sahabah felt that they should let the Prophet rest and ask him for religious advice later; others felt that they should have the Prophet write immediately after he came back to consciousness. This led to a dispute amongst the Sahabah, and they began arguing loudly. It was then that the Prophet awoke from his state of unconsciousness, amid loud noises and great clamor. The Prophet had a splitting headache, so this racket upset him greatly. It was due to this loud bickering that the Prophet told those in the room to “go away” and to leave him alone. The point that most Shia propagandists never wish to mention is the fact that the Prophet fainted immediately after making his request. Perhaps some of them would try to deny this, but we find that it is written in their own books. Shaykh Mufid, the classical Shia scholar of the tenth century, writes: He (the Prophet) fainted from the fatigue which had come upon him and the sorrow which possessed him. He remained unconscious for a short time while the Muslims wept and his wives and the women and the children of the Muslims and all of those present raised great cries of lamentation. The Apostle of Allah recovered consciousness and looked at them. Then he said: “Bring me ink and parchment so that I may write for you, after which you will never go astray.” Again he fainted and one of those present rose to look for ink and parchment. “Go back,” Umar ordered him. 1) the hadith in question never stated: "rejecting Sunnah", thus you attributed a false saying. 2) Umar Bin Al-Khattab stated: "The Prophet (ﷺ) is seriously ill and you have the Qur'an; so the Book of Allah is enough for us."(Sahih Al-Bukhari 5669) this was done out of consideration since as was clearly stated but it seems as though your comfirmation bias prevented you from reading it, "the Prophet (peace be upon him) is seriously ill", thus because Umar did not want burden the Prophet (peace be upon him) due to being in extreme pain, this was done as act of compassion. 3) nowhere is stated that Umar knows better (astaghfurAllah), rather as was stated previously due to the Prophet (peace be upon him) being stricken with pain Umar did not want to burden him.

When they had left, he, peace be on him, said: “Send back to me my brother and my uncle (i.e. ‘Alī and al-‘Abbās).” They sent for someone to call them and he brought them. When he had them sitting close, he, blessings and peace be on him, said: “Uncle of the Apostle of Allāh, will you accept my testamentary bequest (waṣī), fulfil my promise and carry out my religion?” “Apostle of Allāh, your uncle is an old man with the responsibilities of a large family,” answered al-‘Abbās. “You vie with the wind in liberality and generosity. You have made promises which your uncle could never fulfil.” Then he turned to ‘Alī b. He went near to him and he embraced him. He took his ring from his finger and said: “Take this and put it on your finger.” Then he called for his sword, his breastplate and all his weapons and gave those to him. He looked for a turban which he used to wear around his stomach when he put on his weapons and went out to battle. It was brought to him and he gave it to the Commander of the Faithful, peace be on him. Then he said to him: “Go, ‘Alī, in the name of Allāh, to your house.” Kitab al-irshad from p.126 onwards p.129 that facebook post even lied about the pages! We believe If our prophet first of all didn't have the pain of death as it is described here secondly before they passed away who made them upset and to that level they had to shout "get out all of you" including who stopped them from writing their last will .if with open minded you analyse the facts and his wordings it is very clear for those who wants to change or atleast wants to admit who was on fault...In quran it says "obey Allah & His prophet" so if someone didn't obey ...you decide..didnt mean to harm anyones feelings but facts are facts ..may be painful for some...May Allah give them Hadayait.

@Athari_Muslim

@@abuzarsultanov4730 The Prophet’s last illness before his final departure from this world lasted around two weeks. Once the assertion of pain or hallucination was made against our prophet, he was not in a position to write anything down at a later date as this would still be contested by Omar and his cohorts. The opportunity was lost for the ummah by Omar’s refusal. Additionally, if the Quran alone was sufficient why do we have so many interpretations of it. The fact is the Muslim nation lost a great opportunity for clarity and internal division by this refusal. Why are you defending a clear act of disobedience?

He went near to him and he embraced him. He took his ring from his finger and said: “Take this and put it on your finger.” Then he called for his sword, his breastplate and all his weapons and gave those to him. He looked for a turban which he used to wear around his stomach when he put on his weapons and went out to battle. It was brought to him and he gave it to the Commander of the Faithful, peace be on him. @@seyedkhashayartaghavirad8909 It is amazing how much drama the Shia propagandists can create, and how easily they can misguide people. The explanation to this event is so simple and straightforward that it is very strange that the Shia do not understand this! All that we must do is ask the Shia to correlate the event to their own lives, which more often than not makes impotent their arguments. Ask a Shia for example if he would tolerate a man cursing his wife, and he would say no; then we wonder why they themselves curse the wife of the Prophet! Likewise, when it comes to the incident of the pen and paper, we ask them to correlate the event to their own lives. Let us consider the following scenario: a teacher is giving a lesson to his student, and he asks his student to bring a piece of chalk to write with on the chalkboard. But then the teacher faints and collapses. Now tell us: is the student going to walk outside the room to find the piece of chalk? Would any sane person do that? Instead, the student would quickly rush to the teacher’s side, try to resuscitate him, bring him a pillow, raise his legs, etc. Now, when the teacher regains consciousness, would the student immediately thrust the chalk into the teacher’s hand and say “teach us!” Surely not! Instead, the school nurse would be rushed into the room, the teacher would be transported to the medical unit, and the teacher would be given a medical leave for the day in order to rest. Even if the teacher insisted that he was feeling better and that he could resume the lesson, the others would convince the teacher that he should take the day off and rest instead. Now then, let us say that one of the students in the classroom is worried about his exam the next day, so he tries to thrust the chalk into the teacher’s hand as soon as the teacher is regaining consciousness. What would the other students say to such a student, other than get angry at him and tell him to stop worrying about his own self but rather worry about the condition of the teacher? The students would tell him not to worry about the lesson and that “the textbook would be sufficient for us to study from for the exam.” Can anyone imagine a teacher fainting, then regaining consciousness, and immediately writing on the chalkboard with a piece of chalk

Sahih al-Bukhari 7366 Narrated Ibn `Abbas: When the time of the death of the Prophet (ﷺ) approached while there were some men in the house, and among them was `Umar bin Al-Khatttab, the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Come near let me write for you a writing after which you will never go astray." `Umar said, "The Prophet (ﷺ) is seriously ill, and you have the Qur'an, so Allah's Book is sufficient for us." The people in the house differed and disputed. Some of them said, "Come near so that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) may write for you a writing after which you will not go astray," while some of them said what `Umar said. When they made much noise and differed greatly before the Prophet, he said to them, "Go away and leave me." Ibn `Abbas used to say, "It was a great disaster that their difference and noise prevented Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) from writing that writing for them.

(2:22)So your to tell me that the prophet loved aisha more that his own daughter who was known to be the lady of heaven he loved aisha more than his first wife khadija the first muslim woman???? And you also say he loved abu bakr more that his own blood His cousin,and the brotherhood of Imam ali????????? I feel your the delusional one your a hypocrite who doesn’t want to listen to his own words,theres no going back what you said is exposed nd you honestly believe the sahabah more than the family of the prophets It was said in sahih al bukhari that most of the sahabah will be going to hellfire and your going to stick beside them its a setup, Ya Allah am I the only one who sees it.the prophet would never have given his role to abu bakr or the sahabah he would have given it to some one he trusts the most and if you say abu bakr was more trustworthy that the prophets own blood, and the defender of the prophet and his wife and grandchildren you are the fiend. There shouldn’t be such a thing as shia or sunni its just muslim, if you follow ahlul bayt and believe in the truth of allah your a muslim if you believe in any different your no muslim so ya I said the sunnah are a complete hypocritical joke. ALSO FYI SAHIH ALBUKHARI IS A BOOK FROM THE SUNNAH 😁😁

This guy expects me to believe that umar is going to jannah when he said it himself that umar disobeyed the prophet and disregared his request. The funny thing is look how sunnis try to sets this off as sometihng that dosen't matter. The reason us shia are shia is because we don't belive in a Caliph that disobeyed and disrespected the messenger of Allah swt.

Just from a layman's perspective, it seems the shias spend most of their time cursing, rejecting, accusing, slandering the companions of Rasul ﷺ while I am yet to see any sunni dare do the same to the Prophet's family. Now again, from a layman's/outsiders perspective, one has to question a belief/sect that promotes itself by denegrating another.

Did you even watch the video after that? Umar ra Cleary said prophet Muhammad pbhu was in severe pain, prophet Muhammad pbhu didn't say anything after that but when sahabbas started to argue, that made prophet Muhammad pbhu to get the people out of his place. There was also 4 days after that, do you think prophet Muhammad pbhu would not present what he was about to write if it was important?

@Islamist Reactionary إرتجاج الإسلامي I'll take it for what it is only if I can read the hadith myself. The sheik here doesn't give any references to read the Hadith. Do you know where I can read it or do I just type up: "hadith about Rasolulah hallucinating"? which doesnt make any sense at all to type that. But until then I have to assume the sheik made a mistake.

Abuzar Sultanov it’s doesn’t matter. I’d the paper and pen incident was so important, then the Prophet pbuh would never have allowed the matter to pass by, ESPECIALLY if it has to do with matters pertaining to the Deen. So your argument falls completely. It was Qadar Allah and the paper and pen incident was nothing big at all.

@@abuzarsultanov4730 The Prophet’s last illness before his final departure from this world lasted around two weeks. (Kitab Al-Irshad, by Shaykh Mufid, p.130) Get wreckt chiites.
