Vic should have gone with her girlfriend but he choose to stay with him. He had the opportunity at soo many times but he just couldn’t step out. Deep down he was somewhere also becoming like the penguin nd dun forget he himself killed his friend. So in the end he gets what he truely deserves and penguin will also get his &$$ beaten up by batman in part 2

Penguin series is great, but episode 4 especially was peak but after episode 4 show went a little low. There were not much of characters to focus on and after that fire buildup for Christin Milloti, she suddenly lost!!! . They should have shown more gangster's and Mafia's from Gotham city (coz Gotham is too big city and Penguin is controlling all drug trade in Gotham and other big player don't give a shit that felt a kinda weird. Overall first four episodes were 9.5 but last four episodes were 7.5-8.

Other big players are suppliers, Penguin is the producer. Think of it as a trucking company and a Farmer. Oz is the farmer. It's not a competition, it's a service. And her losing was a long time coming. She never had any real power or cunning. She was just very very lucky that her family is stupi* as fu**. Basically she was alive out of pure plot armor for most of the time.
