Did Picky Piggy Attack Kissy Missy At The End of Chapter 3?

Poppy playtime chapter 3 had a crazy scene when Kissy Missy was attacked by something at the end of the chapter when Poppy and the protagonist were escaping down the elevator. My theory is that prototype killed her because he was mad at her because she was supposed to do a plan with prototype and be the villain just like huggy Wuggy, but instead of attacking us and killing us, she listened to Poppy
