All the talk of Poch being great with youth, all of the youth ETH has trusted has done great for United, even this season. Mainoo anyone? Garnacho? Kambwala has been fantastic until injuries interrupted his intro the team. Amad has been managed well through his injuries to go on and win games for United. ETH deserves far more respect than he's getting.

Grealish isnt a pace merchant forward. His role at City isnt to get in behind, take lots of shots or make lots of chances. That's Haaland/KDB/Foden. Compare Rashford's season to them 😂😂 Grealish is a possession beast. He is that good, with the ball, he played in both CL quarter finals, against Real Madrid. Grealish keeps possession, works hard off the ball and stops opponents building pressure. All those are far more useful skills in international/major trophy football, than making lots of runs in behind only to fumble the ball or hit someone in the crowd.

I don't get the Grealish hate. He plays a completely different role at City compared to other players. He's often the pass before the assist, recycling play, keeping possession, and winning fouls that allow the team to regroup, move up, and take shape. We saw his individual brilliance at Villa when he was the leading guy. He's stepped up to the big time, something not all players can do, and is likely to have five trophies, including a treble and a double, by this weekend in just two seasons. He's a winner and a vital part of one of the best teams in the world. I don't think Pep has any intention of selling him, as he offers something completely different from Doku and Foden.
