I work a government job that handles government grants. When it comes to government grants people have to report exactly what they spent their grant money on and if they don't report it or they spend it on inappropriate things they have to pay it back. They also have to produce legit receipts to show they have used the money on the expense they have claimed. There should be categories of what is legit expenses for child support. I feel single moms should have to report what they spend their child support money on and back it up with receipts. If it's not a legit expense they need to be forced to return the money to the father.
