There’s something that I kind of wonder about and it’s about a Christmas Carol. I know it’s not the right time to talk about Christmas but this theory is kind of important. Anyways, we all know that in the Christmas Carol Scrooge is send three ghosts to change their ways in every iteration. However, what’s weird is that the ghosts come out to help Scrooge when one very important person is gone from the life. And that person who is the Tiny Tim of every iteration has a little secret. Every iteration of Tiny Tim is actually that Scrooge’s guardian Angel, which is why on the ghosts came to Scrooge when he’s guardian Angel is close to death.

This is legit... In 'Enter Pikachu!' where it shows pikachus backstory, he was raised by a Kangaskan after falling off a cliff. Going through that hardship it would explain his high level. I also think that for simplicity and given Gameshark propensity to change the level Req for learning a move from gen 1 to 7, that the level req are more of a suggestion in the poke world. (made more uniform for game mechanics) This makes me think that the time at which a pokemon learns a move could be more of a range than a static level, akin to how babies GENERALLY learn to walk around the 9 to 11 month range. some faster and many slower; or how the speed at what people learns varies greatly. If this is the case that would make more sense to say that pikachu was def high level ( lvl 30 to lvl 60) but still not max level 100. that would explain how he randomly gets shitted by random mid to high tier trainers frfr... personally I think the first trained pokemon shown at or close to level 100 (no less than lvl 80) was AJ's Sandshrew. That thing was build diff. He was def min-maxing

So i put this in the shorts video on ash's pikachu but figured i should also put it here as well... When ash saved professor oak as a boy in the celebii movie when he came to the future the young sam saw how powerful ash's pikachu was and knew that it was his destiny that in the future as an adult it was to give ash that powerful pikachu in the beginning the fact that all the starters were already chosen by other trainers was a lie because professor oak already knew who ash was before he ever came in so in other words professor oak caught ash's pikachu and trained him as a child and young adult so if the series was like the games if u checked pikachus stats it would say at the beginning the he would would be at minimum level 43 and his OT would be acknowledged as SAMUEL OAK which also explains why ash isnt allowed to put pikachu in a pokeball because he is owned by another trainer
