Fun fact: Steampunk Rocketeer is actually NOT a new skin OGs like me had it before the rework Edit: I haven’t seen the full video yet but I also wanna claim that Rocketeer only had lvl 4 reworked. Lvls 1-3 remained unchanged.

i actually think rocketeer got a nerf bc: in single target he deal a total of 360 damage while the old one does 400 damage while in crowd if we assume each rocketeer rocket hit 2 enemies he will deal a total of 720 damage while the old one if we assume he hit 2 enemies he will deal a total of 800 damage

Fr, people in this community are so dumb that they call necromancer and commando bad compared to engi while they call firework tech OP. I think they have an opposite understanding of what OP is. The only time they were right about calling something OP was when pursuit got reworked. As for events… none of them were hard, those who say they are didn’t even try at all. The only hard events were SFOTH 2019, Halloween 2019, Christmas 2019, Easter 2020, Solar Eclipse, Christmas 2022 and that’s all. Honorable mention: some regular stuff, like hidden wave and hardcore, also used to be actually difficult (hidden wave still kinda is). Past Christmas 2022, all the events were easy for some reason. Overall, TDS players have ALWAYS missed when it comes to ranking towers, events, modes, etc.

Nah im sorry, this little rework is kinda confusing if not a little dumb considering rocketeer is only "bad" because its deadzone is abhorrent and damage was lacking. Now the deadzone is literally crippling any good placements it may have. If anything its a cool visual update to the tower and a somewhat of a dps increase.. though that deadzone kills its placement on a good 80% of maps that are smaller than crossroads lol. No shade towards the developers but the eco system needs more love than Rocketeer.

it still has work to do, but its wayy better then what it used to be just 2 years ago, the meta is way more diverse now, and no all gamemodes are not easy. Just look at the main 5 modes progression for a new player, its completely fair and provides a good amount of challenge, once you get better you can do special modes and hc. (because once they all get remade they are prob gonna be insanely difficult) not to mention you can do fallen mode on harder maps. If the game isnt difficult then make it difficult, it gives you the tools needed.
