I didn't even bother with the movie, one I don't have that streaming platform and two I didn't have high hopes for it. Once I heard they were bringing Allison back, I was completely out. Killing off characters only to bring them back later cheapens the original death.

They were definitely baiting Sterek fans with the whole Derek and the jeep thing. Also, you just have to take one look at Eli. Why the f is DEREK's son a Mini-Stiles?? Explain that Jeff Davis!

Honestly, the creator of the show was very much aware of the Sterek ship, and how many people shipped it. So, I really think the “complicated feelings about that jeep” line was just to once again poke at them. And truly, I really do believe that Eli was a very different character before Dylan decided not to come back, and then they just merged their lines/re-wrote Eli so that he could be the new comic relief. They just didn’t do it well enough to wear Eli wouldn’t be a Mini Stiles. But then again, they could’ve purposely left it to where he seemed like a mini Stiles to rile up the fandom and get more people to watch the movie. The same way I think Hikari’s space was Kira’s but then they just simplified/re-wrote her and made her Liam’s love interest after Arden said no.

Why is Sterek a thing? I been reading some great Sterek fanfic but man it's mindblowing to me it's that or stidya or something like that fans man. But Jeff Davis fucked up big time with this movie and that's why this movie failed big time and pissed off fans 1st we all know not getting well the movie star and Arden both dodged a bullet on that one and the story suck and insulted the fandom and killing off a great character to bring back a shitty character not a good mood there Jeff.
