On the issue of interracial marriages and equality in Islam from the Qur'an, we've an incomparable example of our beloved ahlul baith AS, on which, there's no debate. 049:13 O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things). 030:22 And one of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the diversity of your tongues and colors; most surely there are signs in this for the learned. How well did you sum up on the racism and loot of umayyads abd abbasids and the benevolence and gregariousness of ahlul baith on the other... Maula ali was so ahead of his time, in the worst phase he saw an opportunity and made everything productive around him, when he was away in yambook. And imam zainul abedin had had a Abraham Lincoln moment centuries and a millenium before. Ahlul baith were unsurpassable in presenting and setting a precedent for the entire humanity and even for the western liberalism and democracy about releasing the slaves and implementing the charter of UN human rights, in spirit, well ahead of 18th century charter of rights by B Franklin, 19 century American civil war declaration, and the great society program of 1964 in USA. Ya Ali madad! God bless Canada! Praying for Sayed's health and happiness. We're so lucky to have you in NS amongst us.

I dont think it's encouraged nor discouraged, I'd say it is valued in Islam, as it emphasizes the importance of chastity to be looked at in someone, as opposed to any kind of assabiyyah. As history shows us how tribalism, colourism, classism in the times of jahiliyyah were rampant and the Prophet came to abolish these mentalities by teaching people the true human values of what truly unite them including marrying between people of different background

OK, The wives of the 12 holy Imams were NOT Black Africans. They were from North Africa, and they were Berbers. Berbers are Middle Eastern who took over North Africa thousands of years ago.

@@rubybakir4998 LOL, Our holy Imam Mahdi is NOT dark. He will have either tan skin or white skin like his Arab ancestors and other Middle Eastern ancestors. As I said, NO one from prophet Mohammed's family married Black people. In the old days there were slaves from all kinds of cultures. Some Arabs were also slaves. Prophet Mohammed's family all married Middle Eastern people. Most married Middle Eastern Arabs. Some married Middle Eastern Iranian Persians. Some also married Middle Eastern Berbers who lived in North Africa and people from North Africa are NOT Black. They came from ancient Middle East and took over North Africa.
