What are your thoughts on Targeting Plo with abilities like Shien, the call to assist from JMK, etc... while Plo Cron exists? He does more and mroe true damage based on his max HP. Since JMK ramps mastery on whoever he targets, Plo's max HP would increase, meaning his true damage would increase. Not sure if that offsets compared to how much damage CAT would ramp. Levi: Remember when dagger gets its bonus turn it hits under protection. You used the basic on Xanadu, but you would have hit under P1's protection. I find that the way the turns tend to go, you can get a hit under protection, P1 will actually get its 2nd turn before your other ships, meaning it loses its bonus protection, and then you can go all-in on it without ever having cared about the bonus protection. I like to save Dagger's AoE for after assassin comes in, so dagger's AoE htis everyone under protection and gives tons of TM.

CG really went from just making cool characters with interesting individual kits to trying to be smarter than the players with these hyper-specialized "lifters" and whatnot which are built to be used in one single team and thats it. The game is so monotonous because now every new character comes custom-made to fit exactly in one team (shin hati, luthen, new ns). And when they release some overtuned bullshit like ezra so he can fit directly into GLsoka, suddenly players realise they can abuse the shit out of him in an unconventional team since his kit MUST be overpowered for anyone to want to level him before ahaoka is released. I miss the days where fun characters were just released without some meta breaking team/mechanic behind the release.

I don't remember the days that happened. Pretty much everything new is meant to make a stir in the meta. This feels very rose-tinted glasses. Luthen was a character very flexible in his team and abilities. I feel like the kind of thing he is should be imitated with Conquest releases.
