Gen Bipin Rawat was contemplating raising the retirement age to 58.....this was in news in Nov 2020. What happened in the next 19 months for this abrupt change is not known.

These Officer are giving same reason which The Britishers were used to during colonial periods. But why officer entry has been not touched? Even SSC officer have full training and pay and perk as well they are giving opportunity

Get your facts right before making such a comment. The SS entry share has been increased and roughly 60percent don't make it after 10 years. It's uniform across the board. No difference between officers and men

@@rishabhdaman7474 , Then make agniveer 10+4 like SS. Agniveer is an experiment and you must* change things as the time progresses but there was no need to cancel the existing list and cancel all other recruitment. I mean 4 years i itself is not sensible. SS officers get training of 49 weeks(OTA) and PC get 4 yeras (NDA+IMA) or 1 year and 6 months (IMA DE) of training but Agniveer training and service is too short

@@rishabhdaman7474 , One of the main causes is that our political leaders are oblivious to how the military works and neither are interested in learning and these generals want favours or want a political future and would support anything to get that headstart, support any BS that bureaucrats come up with to satisfy politicians. 😑

No the thing is sir , if any guy or a girl joins agniveer , scheme ,it should be a mandate that in our country the leverage scheme of educational status and the professional upbringing ok , both in terms of life of forces are concerned and in terms of team management skills , its all same , skill sets are brain mapping techniques are all same , no matter whatever it is , any guy getting injury , can be made to go ground and leave the force should be made to work in any other sector , as per his or her education , but those who are fit , they will never want to leave the life of forces because , they know the bad impact of life going in other sectors other than defence sector , and this is what is the need , in all sectors , people should be motivated to work like as if it is their family , is all secured with this service , and nothing else is required ,if the life of a jawan or a soldier is being manhandled like this by govt itself ,why will he raise his voice in support of this country , he will always say its a bogus country , and will do nothing for this country , after leaving from the service , if this is how the basic level people are treated , you can think off what will they educate the next generation and these jawans i am telling it to modi govt ,they should be financially secured with 100 % confidence or else these people are the most brainy people and they will go and will leave the force and will educate people to do terrorism and maoism only , which is happening in north eastern states , why mao cadres are increasing ,why insurgency like situations are rising , this should be asked to modi itself , because the people coming from north eastern states into armed forces are channelising brains to rationalise agitative movement and propaganda against this nation , its not the outsider doing naxal activity , its the jawans who had retired from armed forces making this country suffer due to frustration , ok and due to agony , for which india is suffering , this is the main reason , you can see the details what is happening in kisan andolan agenda and in orop protest , how many jawans ex retired want a safe nation as per now ,no one will come in support of each other other than 10% , no one will support war against pakistan and china ok , why , you go and ask anyone in the officers wing also , they will tell it to you , we have our lives of our families at stake , no no no we want to stay in AC , daily everyday , why are we going to fight for our country , that is the reason they are not voting for bjp ok , because they fear bjp will make them fight against pakistan and then these jawans ex retired and everyone in the forces , will say no when it comes to war , some people will go and fight for their country but not everyone , ok , it is the fact , and why is this happening ,its all due to financial instability , rational thinking going in this country against each other and in the forces also , this is the reason why this agniveer scheme was brought , by someone ,i dont know ,may be he did got this so as to show the real impact , no doubt yound people are needed for war scenario , but 10 yrs is ok , 10 yrs should be a mandate for agniveer , orelse the backbone of all private sector and every sector will destabilize at all , due to all nasty thinking going in this country , you can see , what did infosys chief told , people should work for 70 hrs , look , ola ceo supporting , this agenda , this is our country this is the way our country and the govt is hitting at people , and the last question i am asking it to everyone ,you , every officer , all armed forces generals , everyone , you leave the topic of all yours , were your dad and mom all that much educated and were getting hefty amount of money , or had social status , to give you that sort of good education , the answer is no , you can ask this question to modi itself and to big businessmens also , were their mother and father that much capable to give them a nice education , the answer is no , but still they gave it ,why ,need ,so its a need of everyone to see their child getting a good education alright , this is what my question is why if a soldier is getting a high amount of status in abroad , and if india is capable to become a super power now ,why is the govt not giving enough funds to their jawans , to give their childrens a high stabilized life , this is the question i want to ask modi ,he has money powerto move to abroad daily , every then and there he goes roams here and there , but he doesnt have the funds to allocate it for jawns family , this is what my question,why is this done ,

What do you mean by chamchagiri? They are not politicians... They live by orders. Don't disrespect the Code of conduct of Armed Forces personals. They are Indian Armed Forces who are loyal to the Government which is elected by the citizens. The loyalty is the difference between India and Pakistani Army Generals.

Both are modi bakhts ,so no good and fair talk, The officer is talking through his hat,other countries have it but it is compulsory forball, in india no, thete they get all facilities and there is no differnce in uniform, here they stand out like a sore thumb,why do officers get all perks, are these guys MERCENARYS or soldiers, canteen,medical, et all as per a soldier should be given to an agniveer, the nottom line which no bakth will bring out, it is all about PENSIONS,you want a lean young army and also proper lookafter,cut down on entry if you recruit 1500 jawans in a year recurit only 1000 you save MONEY. but the these Generals while in service are more interested in after retirement perks,so yes sir,is while in service ,no one thinks of the Hallow words of Lord Chetwood ,xxxxxx,very sad

Scheme is not bad but revise should needed. So it does not impact on courage of person. From thier direct requirement into BSF/CISF/CRPF and etc. Which reduce your money of training because you will get direct train solder.🤔 Don't disrespect any x military officer or any staf. Jis din ap NDA qualified karoga us din pata chal jayega. Log chod bhag jata hai. So saw some dignity 😊
