House prices have gone down 10-15% in the past month here in Cambridge. And the properties are selling for under the zestimate amount (at least the places that I have my eyes on). I think waiting until winter is the right move now, especially if you are sitting on a portfolio heavy on commodities.

As landlord's costs go up, rents will very likely reflect that but there's often a delay with rents of 6-12 months when people's leases are up and landlords hike prices for renewal

Dude no real people are buying for a long time. You are doing allot of wishful thinking.. These days
